FIBROTARGET

Biomarkers are molecules found within the body that can signal the presence, progression, or severity of a disease or condition. Biomarkers associated with IBD Fibrosis could improve standard of care for patients through early detection and better disease monitoring.

On 19–20 March 2026, the FIBROTARGET consortium convened in Barcelona for its 4th face‑to‑face General Assembly Meeting (GAM#4). Hosted by Teamit the two‑day meeting brought partners together to review scientific progress, discuss operational and regulatory developments across FIBROTARGET, and align on priorities for the next phase of the project.
