Damn it was fun listening to like 75% of my office panic today with Claude down. Here I am, unbothered. Sipping my drinky-drank. Good day.

Went to my first con in 18 years. Came home with a bolter and eviscerator. This delights me.

Man it is a great morning to be a Hurricanes fan!

Uhtred would like everyone to remember to support their local shelter and adopt, don't shop. This noodle is my everything and I almost never met him if my local shelter hadn't rescued him a kill shelter in Alabama. Your special baby is out there waiting to melt your heart!

It would! Keep ticks away and slay!

Seconded the person recommending nylons. Also treat your birding clothes with a permethrin spray. They make them for campers and hikers. The treatment lasts weeks and kills ticks on contact. Just follow spray instructions! I've sworn by a combo of these or years. No ticks.

Glad it's getting another release, very sad I can't get a special edition for my favorite danmei of all time!

So proud to see even in my near-rural town had a massive (for us) rally today. But chronic hats off to the Vet running a propane station up the road who is adding more and more signs to his establishment.

Visited one of my favorite downtown shopping areas today where every ship is a locally owned business. I wish every town was like this. With curated shops for specific interests and a sense of community. Having a dedicated LGBT bookstore is also a big plus tbh.

Hi chronic lurker here but local libraries would adore this. Many have library sales with donated books and romance always sells fast. Otherwise community centers might take them as well! I went through this same damn problem and the library just scooped my books up like candy *thumbs up*.

Finally a nice day. Time to bring my dog on a walk and read a book with the windows open. Time to toss on some music and chill out!

I'm going to have to search! It's hard to find anything NE in Bruins/ Rangers county. Really, sincerely, thanks for the heads up

Thanks for the heads up. It would be nice if they did. I support our goaltenders. Fingers crossed they start making them soon.

Also go support the PWHL. The games are fire and vibes immaculate! And you can watch games on YouTube! For free! Girl Aquarium time is essential.

Went to the game last night for Thunderbirds vs. The Charlotte Checkers. T-Birds lost in sudden death overtime but that was one hell of a game! Wish I was going back tonight!

AHL hockey match between the Springfield Thunderbirds and Charlotte Checkers. They stand waiting for the first period puck drop.

But nwah man Hurricanes used to be the Hartford Whalers and I will always represent my state. Mom is Carolina, I'm CT. Hurricanes are legacy in this house. Just try finding Hurricanes merchbup here though! It's impossible! What do I need to do to find a Bussi jersey in the wild!?

Damn. Who would have thought turning 35 would be such a wild ride. As it turns out you stop caring about what other people think. I got back into anime abd became a rabid fan of ice hockey. I go to sporting events. I have anime figures. NOW IF THE STRESS COULD JUST VANISH WE'D BE GREAT.

I need folks to make more animation key frame books. They are so, so helpful when learning other styles especially because they usually have notes. Mine for Berserk and Violet Evergarden are a gem on my reference shelf. Now I need one for JJK and Bean Counter and Chainsaw Man.

I love my dog. Uhtred is the best boy. I pet him, I feel better. I smile at the thought of him. I told myself after Tahloula passed I would be fine without a dog. Then I met Uhtred at the atelier and no joke within 30 minutes we were driving home with him. He's a good boy.

Picture of a black dog with a smile. He has a white spot on his chest and a plaid bandana and two green bows on his head. He is enjoying Christmas morning. His first with his new family. He is unbothered, hydrated, and thriving.

But most importantly he is a 10/10 good boy.

So utterly true. I'm 36 and I am not ashamed by my hobbies or interests. When you reach the point of realizing you are responsible for your own joy and whimsy is when you just dive in. We only get this one chance so be cringe and be free!

Uthred is settling in very well. He knows some basic commands but we need to work in him recognizing his name, and attention while walking.

A half lab half basset hound sitting and looking into the distance of the kitchen longingly.

I can officially introduce to you our new family member: Uthred "Uti-Booty"! Uthred is a 3 year old half lab half basset hound rescue who, after being saved from the euthanasia list and shelter hopping, has found his forever home. His favorite things are cuddles, and being told he's a good boi.

Because of a half lab mix with a black coat laying in the backseat of a car after being adopted.

A half lab mix with black fur and a white chest is sleeping like a goof in a blue bed wrapped in a blue cloud blanket. He is very cozy and spoiled.

Can't sleep. Twelve hours from now I might be introducing a shelter rescue dog to their forever home aka my house. I will be sharing pictures. I will be obnoxious. It is my right.

I've also realized I'm crippling weak to doggo cuddles and puppy eyes.
