This week, I noticed my Apple watch wasn’t fitting right, and it wasn’t always picking up my pulse. I adjusted it tighter, thinking it was a fluke. Then I tried some sizing rings. I now wear a size 12 ring rather than 13. Proof of improvement, even if the scale has hardly budged.

I don’t have any tattoos. I’m thinking of this as my first, placed as shown. That way I can expose or cover as appropriate (don’t want any of the ladies at PF getting the vapors…) The design came from the cover of a fisting-related publication from the 70s.
