Democrat leadership didn't learn anything from 2016 or 2024. Voters hate Trump more than they like Democrats. If Dems win, their strategy of attacking trans folks is rewarded. If they lose, they'll blame trans folks for being too vocal in their criticism. It's Lose-Lose for trans folks eitherway.

Additionally, and specifically, the DNC is using trans folk to "hedge their bets" in the election DNC candidates put out anti-trans advertising. If they win, their hatred is rewarded. If they lose, they'll blame trans people and young folks (>23% LGBTQIA) who didn't vote because of the ads.

We had a similar issue during the 2024 Primary. A bunch of known white supremacists were set up "watch schedules" for poll locations. They'd take pictures of people and cars of dropping off ballots. They'd harrass and dox those voters and make lies about them "casting dozen of votes at once"
