An update on Fetch.

"Today is my third birthday since I started work on Fetch. I'm 24 now. When I started this project, I never thought it would take this long or be this important to me. You haven't heard from Fetch in a while, and there are many reasons for that.
Primarily, it's because I've been on an extended break from working on it. Fetch has never really not existed alongside a chaotic time in my life, but the past year or so has been especially challenging, with me going through my final year of college and everything that comes with and after that.
All the while, I kept pushing through and trying my hardest to keep Fetch at the forefront of my mind, but I was burning out hard, and eventually, I crashed.
I've been taking the time to think very hard about the game, what it needs, what I need. Just recently I've started getting back into it somewhat, but I'm still recovering.
I'm sorry for not saying anything for a while. I was embarrassed. I didn't want to let anyone down or instill fear about the game's future. It's still going to be a while until I update you on Fetch again. The game is changing. I plan to a big re-reveal when it's ready, alongside the demo release. Next time you see it, it might look a little different. Better.
If you've been following along, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Seriously. Now go back to playing Silksong.

Mikey is a gifted tinkerer who's spent his whole life wasting his talent. Jaded and cynical, he is loyal to nothing but cold hard cash. His past is catching up to him, and he'll need to decide what his place in the world is... or steal some priceless artifacts and retire early. #furry #indiedev

Mikey is a tiger with pink goggles, a long yellow coat with a raised collar, and black shorts. He gives a smug glance at the viewer while sticking out his tongue and brandishing his golden gun adorned with a ruby.

A fox from Littlesnout Village gets roped into things when he finally finds a lead on the rare herb that just may cure his fatal disease. Lars is friendly, cute, and generally liked, but he has a tendency to let his fears and emotions get the better of him. #furry #indiedev

You'll have to put your thinking cap on to explore dungeons full of puzzles and monsters! Until someone makes a guide, I guess. #furry #indiedev

Qiulin, a mysterious traveler from the Dragon Kingdom appears suddenly and insists on joining the party. He's a fun-loving slacker with no filter and a rather blatant affection for the Prince. For being so outspoken, however, he's quick to deflect inquiries into his personal life. #furry #indiedev

Key artwork of Qiulin, a male eastern dragon with green scales and orange hair. He wears only one sleeve of his robes and some short undergarments, while resting his head against his weapon of choice, a spear.

It's not fall anymore, but I wanted to share this Fetch art from September on here, too! Lars may be a medical student, but he seems to have a secret second talent. #furry #furryart #indiedev

Art of the prince, Lars, and Blossom carving pumpkins in an autumn forest. The prince focuses intently on his somewhat shoddy handiwork, while Blossom acts embarrassed upon realizing that Lars has carved an impressive depiction of a castle into his pumpkin.

I guess for parity with Tumblr, my first real post on here is about fishing. You can fish. #furry #indiedev
