[diablo snorts gently at the compliments, tail doing a small twitch as it resisted the urge to wag. shaking his head in response, because it wasn't fully true that he did it alone, but... then, just. patting his head. pat pat. builderfan was kinder than most.]

[shaking his head. bringing his fist to his chest and patting it. not made for it- but reinforced. bettered himself for the sake of his kind without losing his identity. training and getting stronger each passing day. plenty of scratches ran along his inner plating, yet they'd be filled in ++

[diablo signs,] 'swing first, and i'll break that head of yours with no problem at all. ... i'll see you on the field.'

[he raises his hand like he's going to swing, but waits... slight frown. doesn't feel right hitting matador when they aren't out in the field! angry snort!]

[nodding his head. that was fine- he just wouldn't speak at all. letting builderfan feel underneath the paper, seeming completely indifferent to it all. still, he tilted his head. was that the knowledge she all seeked? just that?..]

[raising his hand slowly, he signed...] 'do you know sign language?' [taking it slowly, just in case. figured he'd try, rather than just signing his thoughts out immediately... still! he kept builderfan's hand there... moving it around to his collarbone. well-built, yet... almost easy to break.]

[approaching... hooves gently clacking as the silence from the bigger bot was overwhelming. taking builderfan's hands and placing it right between his pecs- there was a seam there! just gotta move the paper. wondering if they're satisfied.]

[his ear gives a light twitch, scattering piñata paper as it did so. a grumbly huff as he changes poses... and he's kind of playing into it!]
