ZZZ story is so fucking ass it's not even funny bad. Full of expo dumps, worst anime tropes, sudden schmaltzy speeches, self-sacrifice fiestas, cliche characters etc. Launch ZZZ story was good, because it kept itself grounded and had good pacing. Since then it's been down, hitting the bottom now.

Silksong has some major issues which severly dillute the overall experience; - quest system is tedious and not rewarding enough considering the grind, cost & backtracking - too many multi wave gauntlet rooms with annoying mobs instead of real (mini)bosses - dependancy on shards which leads to grind

Avowed is one of the most superficial and immersive games at the same time. The world and its people are lifeless, like in a mediocre museum simulation. However the players' own initative exploration is very immersive thanks to the amazing handcrafted areas. Lackluster yet enjoyable thus far 9h in.
