With a heavy BWOOMPH, her belly expands rapidly, the pressure enough to burst through the middle of her dress, forcing her hand to the side. Its squishy shape has suddenly filled out into a turgid sphere, navel popping out with the sudden pressure. Her stomach gurgles, bubbles, and glunks, now agitated and terribly bloated from what she consumed.

With her dress having fallen apart at the middle, the dangerously swollen sphere of her stomach is now fully exposed, dwarfing her already-generous frame and visibly strained tight thanks to this terrible digestive mishap. Hot and racked with an unbearable fullness, she heaves at her belly with both hands while the gurgling within grows more violent, firing off long, deep belches in a futile attempt to relieve the uncomfortable bloating.
