唉我有点迷茫。。。我的精神问题有点影响我的生活了，它不再像以前那样可以被控制，反倒是逐渐控制了我。但是我害怕去医院看病吃药治疗，我的两位朋友因为长期服用治疗抑郁症药物失去了创造力，我无法接受这种结果。。。现在我只能通过暴饮暴食缓解不好的想法，但是这又能维持多久？
