Customized/restyled Toralei, and she sorta looks like Shadow the Hedgehog now 👍

🏳️‍🌈Proud Frankie Stein!🏳️‍🌈 I really wanted to create something for Pride Month, because it feels especially important with my country's government being hell-bent on erasing LGBTQIA+ people. Frankie felt appropriate: they always give me strength.⚡ #monsterhigh #frankiestein #fanart #pride #arginnon

Digital drawing of Frankie Stein from Monster High. They're standing confidently, one hand on their hip, the other arm outstretched, holding a large, non-binary flag, with yellow, white, purple and black stripes. The flag is stiched together from various materials, looking like a patchwork blanket. Every tile is a different color, while still making the stripes clear. Some of them have patterns: a purple cat ear is visible on one of the white ones (Toralei's shirt), there are pink dots on another. One of the purple ones has yellow half-moon shapes on it (Clawdeen's sweater) and one of the black ones has pink lightning-bolts (the sleeve of Frankie's coat).

Frankie has light cyan skin, large head, large ears and cute button eyes, one of which is blue, the other green. They have an asymmetrical undercut: the long part of their hair has stripes of blue, white, black and white. In their left ear there's a lightning shaped earring. They have black lipstick and nail polish. They have stiches on their face, neck, arms and legs. They're wearing a white shirt with two lightning bolts on the front, both colored like rainbows. They have a light blue and pink plaid shirt tied around their waist. They're wearing pink shorts, which have patches sewn on them: a yellow lightning bolt and a blue scarab.

Oh no, poor Ainsley! UV damage is the biggest reason I ended up packing them away for now, my only other place to put them is next to a window that gets direct light!

Made the decision to temporarily pack up almost all of my RH dolls 😔 I hope to find a way to display more compactly but my current shelves just take up too much floor space. Any floating shelf reccs? #dollsky

I’m so sorry 🫂 I went through a big loss a couple years back and tbh my dolls helped ground me a lot in the tougher stages of grief, I hope yours can bring you some comfort too ♥️

My cat is so naughty I’m kinda surprised he’s never messed with any of my dolls, he loves stringy things, knocking stuff down, and sometimes tries to eat my hair but he just sorta patiently sits and watches me interact with them?? Gonna pretend it’s bc he respects me 🐈‍⬛

Same for me! I was so obsessed with this doll but I was surprised I was allowed to have it so I really cherished her and would love to have again 🥲 I was never allowed to have the dolls with tattoos or rhinestones on their bellybuttons since it looked like piercings

Fern @ferninterrupted.bsky.social · 26/03/2025

I was SO confident that I was eating, it’d almost be embarrassing if it wasn’t so funny

It’s sort of an intersectional creative career manual. There’s a ton of contributors but it’s got essays, overlooked design history, illustrated guides, interviews and practical advice on things like how to take up space at work. And it’s nice to look at 🥰
