Yup, I get flare ups which have caused messy accidents but fortunately the pain is managed with medication. Fun fact: I was diagnosed with 'functional stomach pain' without the doctor explaining to me that it's actually IBS 🙄 The messy accidents differ only slightly from the messy on-purposes 😏
