Fun little project and it's more versatile than the actual smart tv. HP T740 thin client running Arch Linux (RebornOS in particular) at 4k60hz. This thin client had a discrete AMD graphics card in it otherwise I'm not sure this would be possible at 4K but it's cool!!!!!

You're asking a lot from me, Duolingo.

I'd just like everybody to know that I'm part of the problem. I like Millennial Grey.

Back in Georgia I regularly saw a pest control company with this render of Barry B. Benson for its logo. No filters or anything just this one straight up.

Did you ever see The Chaser directed by Na Hong-Jin? I wouldn't say it's as good as either of those two mostly just because there's not really a particularly likable character in the movie in my opinion but it's got some moments that have stuck with me and I have gone back more than once.

Korea has some really great thrillers. I watched that long ago. My personal favorite is I Saw The Devil, directed by Kim Jee-woon!

I've been learning Korean over the last month, mostly using Duolingo, however I felt limited that I could only read the romanized versions of the words. Today I received keycaps with Hangul and began learning the character set in earnest today. Got about 10 characters in, I think I'm doing well!

A picture of a keyboard with clear keycaps illuminated from beneath with multi-colored lights. Many if the keys feature Hangul, or Korean characters alongside the usual roman alphabet.

Yay, 100%'d Baby Steps. The last couple of achievements for finishing it in a certain amount of time and under 10000 steps are tough but doable. They're mostly difficult because if you lose the odometer or the clock you won't get them. Still, finding the right path can be a little tough. Loved it!

Sort of like this image. What makes the difference between Fight Club and Office Space to me though is the jump to running a cult of domestic terrorists that bomb all the major credit companies as opposed to more believable, petty acts against the establishment, capstoned by fraud.

Here's most of everything else! It was a bit of a lazy day at the zoos, a lot of animals were sleeping or not in their enclosures. I got some good stuff though! I especially liked the polar bear shaking off all the water and the wolverine running around.

Zoo visit! My very first time seeing my favorite animal on earth in-person. I love red pandas so much and it was so gratifying seeing them interacting with their living space like this. I saw some other stuff too, but I definitely spent a majority of my time here. The other animals are next! 👇👀
