Intra-family care dynamics silently conscripts women into reproductive labour twice, once as mothers, and again as surrogate mothers to siblings, while rendering this doubled burden invisible to policy discourse and practices.

"This book may have #LGBTQ+ in the title, but it is far from a story of one section of society; it is a testament to what it means to progress liberation for us all and a lesson in how to lead with care." Full review: buff.ly/93BhhTt

Finally arrived! An incredible journey working with so many contributors in this book edited by @dradambrett.bsky.social and @profcatherinelee.bsky.social. I’ve been reading it again after it arrived yesterday. A lovely book. I enjoyed reading it. It would be nice to have it when I started my PhD.
