Asuka but she's a fox... Featuring cat Rei

Characters:

Asuka Langley

Rei Ayanami

Both characters are depicted as animals, with Asuka as a red fox and Rei as a blue domestic cat. Asuka is presented in both a more traditional appearance inspired by Neon Genesis Evangelion and Evangelion 2.0: You Can (Not) Advance (left side) and a more desaturated look inspired by Evangelion 3.0: You Can (Not) Redo with her grey hat with its (the hat's) ears removed and a scarf resembling her jacket in the third Rebuild movie. The hat still features its badge with an eye patch-wearing skull and a target on it. Another drawing at the top shows Asuka yelling and tearing up as she looks to the viewer and aggressively points to Rei, sho is standing off in the distance doing nothing at all.

Some Evangelion characters I drew as animals from last year. Wanted to do the other pilots but I got sidetracked and lost motivation to finish so... here's this lol. I'll admit, the lack of defining features from their human counterparts here makes it hard to tell who's who. (See alts for details)

I'm still gonna use Xiangtai on TikTok tho that website had auto moderation and I'm not gonna risk my account trying shit lmfao.

020

FenFennec💖 @fenfennec.bsky.social · 14/09/2025

I completely forgot to post this lmao. By the way Xiangtai is the Chinese name for Shota (翔太). I only use Xiangtai because I get afraid people will misinterpret his name as something not family friendly. I might stop that to be honest. It's literally his name, I should be able to use it.

Shota-Kun and Maki-San went to the local fair to hang out, but once Maki found himself roped in with a group of singing tanuki, the two grew distant, leaving Shota all alone. The young fox spirit grows bitter over his tanuki pal ditching him and the two argue over not being around anymore, just before Maki gets called in for a gig. Is Shota being selfish for wanting to keep Maki all to himself? Has Maki been inconsiderate of Shota's hurt feelings for leaving him alone? How the hell did they get Reba McEntire for this movie? All this and more is to be answered in 'The Fox and the Tanuki 2!' Coming December 12. This film is not yet rated.

Wanted to finish a doodle I did of Xiangtai while also actually using Procreate so uh, here we are lol. Yeah this is a reference to the Fox and the Hound 2 lmao. #ysy #youshouyan #有兽焉 #fabulousbeasts #xiangtai #tfath #thefoxandthehound #tfath2 #thefoxandthehound2 #foxandthehound #disney

At the top of the image is a box colored a dark blue with darker blue lines dripping from the top. In the center of the box is Xiangtai, an Inari fox spirit with red eyebrows, ear filling, 9-shaped marking on his forehead. He also wears a red bib. Xiangtai is visibly angry with cartoony veins popping out from his forehead and a purple blush. He looks into the camera shouting “Yeah? Well maybe you will, and maybe you won't!” At the bottom is a doodle of Xiangtai swiping away a dogbowl, presumably in anger. The entire rest of the image is nothing but a desaturated reddish orange background.

Potentially cursed ship that'll confuse donghua onlies AND manhua readers I had more planned for this but I didn't like how I drew Xiangtai so I just made this drawing its own thing. Enjoy #hetao #walnut #核桃 #xiangtai #shotakun #翔太 #有兽焉 #youshouyan #fabulousbeasts #ship #yaoi #xiangtao #shipping

Hetao, a young Mengji (two tailed snowleopard-like beast), hugging Xiangtai, a young Inari fox spirit, while looking away, blushing with hearts around him. Xiangtai looks at him, confused. They sit under a simple illustration of a red umbrella behind a light blue background with characters from their name right next to them (Tao for Hetao and Xiang for Xiangtai.) A smaller drawing depicts Hetao kissing Xiangtai on the cheek, surprising him. A heart with their colors on each half sits above the two.

You thought you wouldn't see me again for another two weeks, did you? Well I did too. I barely post tho so I'm bumping this from tomorrow to today. Yes it's more Tod x Copper lmfao what else would it be? #tfath #tod #copper #todxcopper #todandcopper #thefoxandthehound #foxandthehound

The drawing depicts Tod and Copper, two characters from Disney's "The Fox and the Hound" (1981). Tod is a red fox kit and Copper is a hound dog puppy. Copper holds Tod close as they both blush, with Copper looking right at Tod and Tod looking away in embarrassment. All while hearts surround the two.

"I love you, Tod!" Copper declared as he pulled Tod in for a hug.

Tod blushed, unable to look Copper in his eyes. "Y-yeah... I know, Copper..." Said the fox in a quiet voice as he placed a paw on Copper's.

Copper raised an eyebrow. "Come on, Tod!" replied the hound dog. "I told you don't have to be embarrassed about it! I know how you feel, so you can just say it!"

Tod sighed, then smiled as he looked at Copper, right into his eyes. "Right… I-I love you too, Copper," Tod finally admitted.

Copper barked in joy and hugged Tod tighter in response. "I'm so glad we both love each other!" he shouts in glee. "I hope we love each other forever!"

"Yeah..." chuckled Tod... "Forever sounds wonderful."

Decided I needed to push the Tod x Copper agenda some more by altering the frames of the actual movie. Local fox kit gets pinned by his puppy boyfriend and gets all blushy and embarrassed about it 💖 Original on right #thefoxandthehound #disney #todxcopper #todper #coptod #todcop #tfath #edit

Copper, a hound puppy, pinning down Tod, a red fox kit. Tod blushes and looks away, too embarrassed to look Copper in the eyes.
