A reminder that ICE and Police should not exist as they only focus on Surveillance not crime prevention. There is no such thing as True Pro 2A people.

Before 1838, the USA
lacked centralized, full-time police forces, relying instead on informal systems like night watches, constables, and slave patrols. These volunteer or part-time, often inefficient, systems focused on surveillance rather than crime prevention. Slave patrols were particularly active in the South, maintaining the racial social order.
