What has been seen for content and information, equally if not a little more egregiously holds true for computing?... Just the ability to do something digital can now be taken away or in other words, what stops Amazon, Google, Microsoft and the like to take access to tools and any digital service?

To know that the next iteration of digital divide is potentially going to be which university in which country has its own language model and training by faculty members for ethical and safe engagement with it and how IOs and global funds can bridge it is somehow a more dystopian cooption than usual
