I posted about my upcoming queer romance NYCC panel in an NYC esports networking group. One of those guys attended.

He just pinged me that the panelists’ thoughts on AI prompted a subsequent conversation on responsive legislation (particularly, AI jacking up tech component prices) with someone from the NY Attorney General’s office.

This somehow sounds even wilder after I typed it out.

You never know what impact you might have by writing books about girls kissing in outer space!

Almost immediately *finally* regained Ultimate Master once I turned off the stream. I still feel clunky, but I’m slowly getting my rhythm back. Took way too long this phase (650+ matches… so ugly!!!) since it was almost entirely long, tilted sessions. But I got there.

Played some exceptionally bad Street Fighter tonight. Fat 0-2 in TNS. Struggling on ranked against silly approaches. But oddly, with the exception of a mild crashout after my first TNS set, kept my cool all night. Even when someone started spamming me with offensive CFN names.
