Though I’ve probably had it many years, only recently diagnosed with lupus, RA, Sjorgen’s. Basically, autoimmune malfunction. Im not really a go to the doc kinda gal, but it got too bad to maintain. “You’re negative”, “you’re depressed”. Mmmkk Turns out, I actually am… sick n “tired”. LOL

Acceptance and being kind to myself about this whole thing keeps me from falling into the abyss. As much as I dislike going to docs n meds n tests, I accept some have knowledge and abilities I need. I also understand I am not alone. This is my 1st group and interactions with others also “fatigued”.

It does. Exhausted as I am and I know others are, just the thought of making a list of things I need to do v what I actually can do, is exhausting. Like I said, if it helps anything you got going on, DO that. I support ANYTHING that helps others get through this fatigue thing we got going on. 👍

If I can do something, I do it. If I can’t, I don’t. Lists are gonna make me feel obligated to DO things, &I don’t also wanna feel like I failed cause of a list I made &can’t do. I have low expectations of my self right now other than eating,work& healing🤷‍♀️ I do hope lists work for you though. 👍

Some of us out here are suffering from long term damage of the absolute crap they been throwing at us for years. An immediate reaction of some is a sign. These kinda things are damaging our DNA, blood, bone marrow, etc. If you are being warned, pay attention. Old is one thing, sick and old sux!

Lots of things we don’t call “medicine” that literally cure, or help with underlying symptoms. One is foods. Herbs, plants, massages, laughter, etc. It’s not created by a scientist, so it’s called alternative or natural. It is what it is. Don’t hate…experiment. Become a “mad” scientist 4 the self.
