So so true. I hate 🫠 Taking time off is like the worst case scenario. I still have an active ticket and the last I heard from them is that I should wait 24-48hrs so I’m just seeing what they’ll do after 48hrs. If nothing then I’m ready to Karen up in their office just to get stuff done 🥹

YEAH! I legit already told them I already found the issue that the modem I have is capped that’s why I’m not getting what I’m paying for and they dare tell me to pay for the replacement when it’s their fault 😭😭😭 This has been on going for a month. I’m so close taking a day off work to handle this
