Last week, @feliciafricke.bsky.social and @gunvorsimonsen.bsky.social ran a great workshop bringing together scholars who work on fugitive ads in colonial #Caribbean newspapers. The goal is to establish a durable data infrastructure to support future research on fugitivity. Watch this space! 👀
Eleven scholars stand in a windswept rooftop garden and smile at the camera. The scholars are: Justin Dunnavant, Thunnis van Oort, Amalia Levi, Taylar Carty, Fernanda Bretones Lanes, Dominique Rogers, Felicia Fricke, Gunvor Simonsen, Patrick Barker, Crystal Eddins, and Tiago Nunes Ribeiro.
