Definitely not happy the merger got approved, but I’m not gonna bow my head in despair. I’m still fighting for a brighter future for filmmaking no matter what and I know this merger will only hurt Ellison in the long run. No matter what, I’m still holding strong for good movies.

While I will be rewatching We Are Aliens, Julian and Brave Cat at the Singapore International Film Festival (after seeing them at Annecy this year), I honestly cannot wait to cover Tangles (an Annecy movie I did not cover while there). I heard a lot about it, let's see if it's worth the hype!

Forgotten Island was awesome. Though I really wish there was one standard that many in the animation community really hasn't quite noticed. It's okay when other animation studios make sympathetic antagonists... ...but it's bad when Disney Animation does it. I don't get it at all.

Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom is yet another reason why we still need stop-motion animation in 2026, being a laugh riot tackling horror tropes and British humour so expertly, but is anyone surprised? #BlazikersAnimationAdventure

The issue with Paramount Animation is that its sheer mismanagement pretty much hampered whatever potential their movies have, even if Mutant Mayhem and Transformers One turned out to be great. It, alongside with Skydance Animation, is one of the weakest mainstream studios as of now.
