Having the urge to draw, but all the stuff I'd wanna work on is something I don't wanna do for only an hour while feeling mildly sleepy, so I'm choosing to sit here and do nothing instead

I feel the same way. I'm very happy that fan servers exist and that people work so hard to get them to that point. I've just never felt drawn to them personally, since half the fun of these communities is being among those who don't know these games super well too! ...well, sometimes, anyway.

They are dw But yeah, I didn't really put a ton of money into this game myself personally. And even if I did, I enjoyed it, so... I'd say it was worth it for me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I still have a couple commissions from the last opening that I'm working on, and I'm nearing the last few weeks of my language course, so I may not be working super duper quickly, but I'll still try my best to get back to each of you as soon as I can. Sorry that the last opening took me so long!

COMMISSION OPENING!! Same stuff being offered as usual, and like last opening, DMing me instead of leaving a reply is okay too now, since I have a queue sheet I use to keep track of interest and progress. Just show you're interested, and I'll get back to you whenever I can!

Yes, it sucks that certain character flaws or backstory details have yet to show up, but... this adaptation is literally just now starting again after months of fans anticipating these episodes coming out. Have a little patience.

020

All the criticism I've seen about the handling of certain elements of SBR's story so far is making me feel like people are forgetting that we're only on episode 2, and then obviously wanted to fit as much as they could to get to the end of the Ms. Robinson fight by the end of the episode.

Today for sure, I'll actually reopen

051

Gonna finally officially reopen commissions later today. I've gotten through the majority of my last queue by now, and am slowly getting back into a decent workflow. So, I think now's a good time.

EVERYTHING IN THIS HOUSE CREAKS SO MUCH I SWEAR TO GOD LMAO Steven was trying to get me to see the cat sleeping in another room, told me to be quiet, and then two steps later, the floor I step on just sinks a bit and makes the loudest and most drawn out "KCKKKCKKCK" sound 😭

MALLOW YOU CAN'T DO THAT LMAO

Feather @featheryoshi.com · 26/09/2026

Probably, just concerns me a little since this is a different kind of connection and my Switch 1 developed a similar constant issue within the first few years

000

Feather @featheryoshi.com · 26/09/2026

It kept going until I physically disconnected and reconnected it

Feather @featheryoshi.com · 26/09/2026

??? I just turned on my Switch 2 and the left joycon like rapidly connected and disconnected?? That was scary what the hell lmao

Feather @featheryoshi.com · 25/09/2026

Episode 2 is good. So far, I'm a big fan of how they've handled colors, especially during those sunset shots

I wonder if we'll ever truly get another Mario game with a story as dense and rich as Super Paper Mario's.

070

Feather @featheryoshi.com · 25/09/2026

Reminded myself last night of just how much backstory Super Paper Mario has. It's insane, even compared to the amount The Thousand-Year Door has.

It's already been annoying avoiding the new opening showing up from different videos being recommended to me front and center every time I open YouTube lmao

Feather @featheryoshi.com · 24/09/2026

Oh yeah, I might try to avoid being too present online on Fridays for the next few weeks maybe. I just follow a decent number of people who are into JoJo and don't wanna get "spoiled" on the episode releases.

Steel Ball Run continues tomorrow

This applies to pretty much any activity currently btw

Feather @featheryoshi.com · 23/09/2026

I've been absolutely dry on motivation lately, and things like going on walks have not been helping lmao I might have to force myself back into the "Just do it anyway" mindset I used to have

What is Offandon Island's name supposed to be referring to? Every other island in Brothership has the most overwhelmingly literal name that relates to the island's environment. But what is "off and on"? What does that island name mean?

I fly the day we fear Seether

The more of this I typed out, the more gross it sounded. Don't worry, I promise I washed my hands well afterward. I just wanted to play with the little creature.

060

Bugs are basically just little animals 🥺

150

--else, then I put my hand close to it again and it just crawled right back on. I let the little fly just roam around my hand, licking(?) my fingers all over for the next 15-20 minutes until I finally got up from the table and had it go back to the window sill.

150

Then I realized I still wanted to eat this, so I got it onto my bread-crumb covered hand. And then it just kept roaming around, eating up the bread crumbs. This went on for maybe 10 minutes, then I put it back onto the window sill. Just a couple minutes later, it flew onto my arm, then somewhere--

It was on my phone, which was on the window sill, and I jokingly offered it a piece of my sandwich. The fly actually moved over to the edge of my phone closest to the sandwich and stayed there looking at it. So, I moved the sandwich closer and... hop! Just hopped right onto the little piece.

I JUST FULLY GAINED THE TRUST OF A HOUSE FLY???
