National 4-H Week reminds us of a club we all thought we knew. But the modern club teaches more than just agriculture — it gives young people the skills, confidence, and leadership to be #BeyondReady for life and work. #4H
Stylized 4‑H four‑leaf clover logo with a white "H" on each green leaf, layered concentric teal, mint, white and yellow contours, and a yellow banner reading #4HBeyondReady to promote the 4‑H readiness campaign.4‑H participants engage annually in 5 million STEM projects, 2.5 million healthy living projects, and 2.5 million civic engagement projects, shown alongside gear, heart, and hands icons.4‑H'ers are: 2× more likely to feel positive about their wellbeing; 3× more likely to feel competent; 2× more likely to make healthier choices; 2× more likely to participate in out‑of‑school‑time science programs; and 4× more likely to contribute positively to their communities.
