Basically i just wish no one would reduce it to queerbait and comphet . but all genuine criticisms are valid to me 🙏 for clarity.........

like, i really appreciate any kind of clearly romantic relationship with boundaries that are more ambiguous . i wish it was easier to accept in general, knowing the reality of so many queer people's lives 😞 but i 100% understand And have the the want, myself, to make it clearer for the non-believers

in a beautiful gay vacuum, we could completely appreciate the episode without concern.... if lara and mari's relationship during those six months had been shown, i think the epilogue would have been much more agreeable and powerful for everyone

that's so valid !! i feel similarly about wanting it to have been "bolder" so that their romantic love is explicit for those (homophobes) who willingly deny all that was there... it's hard though because i wish that queer media didn't have to "prove" itself to be seen for what it is :(

exactly how i feel ab it... i was like this is such a realistic ending given all the bullshit that she went through... and seeing people complain that it wasn't queer enough makes me so sad like it was all still there . not every queer story has to be cut and dry or perfectly happy like Guys....
