So yes, I dissapeared for half a year once again because I was in my fandom phase and I drew a ton of elves, but no OCs at all. But well well, here we are again with Phoenix and Maya #oc #original_character #originalcharacter #oc_art #ocart #art #artist #ocdrawing #ocsky

Usually I start my artworks with a couple of rough composition sketches, then choose one and develop it step by step. Always exiting to see how much the color adds to the game. It can completely change the atmosphere and accents, but in a good way. And how does your workflow look like?

Here I've done it properly As any decent artist, Maya works on her artifacts at night. Fortunately, the healing magic in the setting is developed enough to keep her eyes from any problems such work can cause #oc #original_character #originalcharacter #oc_art #ocart #art #artist #ocdrawing #ocsky

I tried to paint some complicated lighting in traditional art. It was, well, complicated #oc #originalcharacter #art #traditionalart

#oc #original_character #originalcharacter #oc_art #ocart #art #artist #ocdrawing #ocsky M'trying to defeat artblock drawing random things with no connection to my main setting or OCs. This one is kinda raw but i still like it

Phoenix is kinda a better version of myself. He has similar struggles, but a stronger willpower and greater endurance. Therefore he can do things I always wanted but never can achieve. Also he has a perfect physical health. So... Mery Sue type of things, but, I hope, not a poorly written one.

I've found an old notebook from 2011 with one of my very first OCs and decided to redraw her now, 14 years later. I think she looks cool and also my inner child is happy. Worth it. #oc #original_character #traditionalart #traditional_art #redraw #artistprogress #art #ocsky

#oc #original_character #originalcharacter #oc_art #ocart #art #artist #ocdrawing TW!: dead bodies One of my favorite frames from the second chapter of my original comics. This character does not appear in the plot often, but has a big role in the background of the ongoing events.

Currently I'm trying to learn how to draw multi-figure interactions. It's a challenge and i am still pretty bad in this, but i am stubborn enough to try again and again. So, my fellow artists, what challenges do you face? What things do you learn right now? And how is it going? #OC #sketch #art

I don't know why traditional art feels so soothing. Digital is always kinda like work, and traditional art is a special time for myself. Even if it does not look so great. Here is Maya, by the way. #oc #originalcharacter #art #traditionalart

Made another version of this, my favorite so far. It seems a lot more solid in shapes&volumes and i like composition better. Also i placed Maya there and now Artyom is not so lonely that he needs a lizard... #art #original_character #originalcharacter #redraw
