🔟 Include affected communities in policymaking 🗣️🤝 Consultations often miss vulnerable voices. 📌 Create binding standards for inclusive consultation and permanent structures to monitor equity in implementation.

9️⃣ Train and employ workers left behind 👷🏽‍♀️📚 Green jobs often focus on those already employed. 📌 EU skills and employment programs must support the long-term unemployed and reduce regional inequalities
