Localization adds so much to stories that it helps emphasize characters. Exhibit A. Chainsaw man english dub. I love both jp and eng dubs but the eng va's screaming nuts or nothing or just in general adding their own bits are really funny. Bonus: panty and stocking. I dont need to explain why.

One thing learned while animating though: lip sync is hard to do if you dont have a high frame rate because of specific mouth movements. So the lower frame rate im used to means doing anime esque mouth movements. We'll see where this goes
