Recently commissioned art of some of my main characters, both because I am vain and because @emfields.bsky.social is a really cool artist. 😍 Zolei, Vost, and Beshtl respectively.

Art by E.M. Fields depicting characters from Fay Lanark's novel The Reverse Tower. Left to right is Zolei with her globe of sun magick zipping around her body; Vost, using his bone magick to playfully levitate a human skull; and Beshtl, who has the power to bend and pull on physical space and is casually disappearing the sleepywax smoke from his favorite pipe.

One of mine is the Nora sequence from Anodyne 2. The way it's presented is so eerie, a hidden meta narrative you weren't supposed to access, like a creepypasta baked into the game's code.

A screenshot from Anodyne 2. The character Nora enters a dead-end hall to find the gargoyle from her apartment building alive and feeding on a human corpse.

You can download The Reverse Tower for free! faylanark.itch.io/the-reverse-... We've got powerful lesbians, impossible space, enemies-turned-friends, and The Thing-like body horror to name a few. Should vibe with fans of the Locked Tomb series ✨ #booksky #stuffyourkindle
