The best would've been cancelling the order and redesigning them with more time on my hands. But that is too late since the production is already on its way. The second best thing would've been some compensation for their miscommunication but as is with FIN customer service: unhelpful with problems

(4/5) If I knew they wouldn't be able to deliver, I would've cooked the designs longer, managed my finances better so that for the next convention I could've had those. Now I ordered designs which I wasn't 100% satisfied with, spent my summer holiday doing so, and all I get is a middle finger.

(2/5) They answered yes, if they get the order by 20.8. I delivered them to said date (I Fucking speedran the designs) and after some fiddling, they managed to get them to work. Today I asked about the order and they said: "They will arrive next week" Mate, the con will be over by the next week.

It certainly is a unique piece that's for certain! It uses a combination of foam, fabric, plastic and plexiglass. The beak is 3rd printed with filament that mimics a metallic golden sheen! I can tell more about the specifics when I receive it in the mail next week :>
