Hasn’t that always been true though? Maybe m looking at it wrong, my relationship with UX has always been 1-1. Whether B2B/B2C maybe it’s a matter of defining that endpoint, then making decisions based on that. I feel that’s always been the case however it’s delivered (tv/print/web/powerpoint 🫣)
