Every collection in here gets a forum. This one has two co-authors working out whether a difference between two documents was deliberate, a thread that goes badly, and a mod queue holding the reported post with the moderation trail beside it. #indiettrpg #ttrpgsky
A collection forum thread between two co-authors working out whether a difference between two documents was deliberate, the opening post saying they genuinely cannot remember, under Pin and Lock controls.A collection forum board under tabs for Discussions, Mod queue and Moderation, listing four threads, the first of them pinned, each with its author, its date and a reply count of two to four.A New thread dialog over the dimmed forum board: an empty required Title field, an empty body box labelled markdown supported, and Cancel and Post buttons with Post greyed out until something is typed.A forum thread on a proposal to cut a company, going wrong: the proposal, a reply arguing against it, and a third person posting twice to say nobody will read the project and its owner has never finished one, carrying no report marker of its own.

A relationship map in here does its own filing. Folders group the nodes and draw the outlines round them on the canvas, and one of them fills itself from a tag rule. The links tab turns up entities living on the other three maps. #indiettrpg #ttrpgsky
Folders in the map sidebar: four folders with entity counts of 4, 4, 3 and 9, the first badged AUTO because it fills itself from a tag rule, a Show hulls toggle switched on above them, and three of those folders drawn as coloured hulls on the canvas beside it.A whole relationship map with every node named and three coloured cluster outlines, the guild halls across the top, the contract at the centre and the archive to the right, and an entity rail beside it reading Entities 26, each row with a link count and tag chips.A cross map links tab listing five entities that live on other maps, three of their names cut short by the rail width, each with the local entity it is tied to, the relationship type tying them, and Hide from graph and Add controls.Five relationship map cards spanning two collections: four badged The Open Account with 27, 18, 13 and 26 entities, and one badged Six for the Redstart with 8, each carrying a sentence of description and a last updated date.

A tag here can hold fields of its own. Define them once and everything carrying that tag has somewhere to put them, typed. The analysis engine will colour a map by one of them. Your events answer the same way. #indiettrpg #ttrpgsky
A dialog headed Manage Attributes for Place over the tag manager, holding a table with Field, Type, Default, Required and Uses columns: Charter status as a dropdown at 3 uses, Founded as text at 8 uses and Population as a number at 12 uses, each with an empty default, a required switch left off, and expand and delete controls, above an Add field button. An entity page for a place scrolled down to its field table, in Key, Value and Type columns: Founded reading Year 12 of the Charter as text, Population reading 41000 as a number, Charter status reading Free port as a dropdown, the first three each with a tag icon and a line describing the field, and Standing reading Free port, chartered, taxed on tonnage as text with an Add to tag link. Beside it a Relationships card showing Anseta employs The Chartroom, and below it a Chronicle card listing The Charter Is Granted.A relationship map coloured as a heatmap of one numeric field, a panel beside it reading Active: Attribute Heatmap over a blue to red gradient marked 45 at one end and 41000 at the other on a log scale, with Population picked as the field and every node holding no population left dark.An event page scrolled past its title to a FILING tag, a details block reading a single moment, default colour, visible to players, unlocked, created 13 September 2026 and never edited, then a Custom attributes card of two fields, Register folio reading iii.44 as text and Filing status reading Contradicted as a dropdown, each with a tag icon and a line describing it. Under them an Images card reading no images yet, and an empty notes editor.

Tagging scales down as well as up. Three flat tags do the whole job in one collection here, and thirty eight in five nested families do it in another. Same tag manager, same table, same filtering, and neither is wrong. #writingcommunity #amwriting
An entity page carrying one tag, a badge naming the single map it stands on, a note of two short paragraphs, and a map context panel of five nodes with their names set apart. An entity table of eight rows with one tag each, every row visible and on 1 map, the Folders and Fields columns left blank, and a sidebar filing all eight under Unfiled. The global tag manager reading 41 tags, listing root tags from both collections, each row saying which collection it belongs to, how many times it is used, and how many children it has.A tag manager with the Role family expanded three levels deep: Role, then City inside it, then Archivist, Factor, Guild officer and Underwriter inside that, each row a coloured tag pill with a use count, the collection it belongs to, its child and attribute counts, a sentence defining it, and an Add Child control.

All of it works on a phone. A map with its notes and node names still readable, the swimlanes, the counts, a forum thread. The phone works out its own zoom, so a swimlane card is still big enough to read. #writingcommunity #amwriting
A relationship map with written annotations pinned beside the nodes they discuss, one of them a card titled Two accounts, one landfall, each several sentences long, among named nodes and typed edges, with a leader arrow pointing up at the node one of them is about.A swimlane timeline across a few years of the invented calendar, dated event cards stacked in horizontal lanes, one of the lanes named at its left edge.A phone dashboard showing Story Universe counts and horizontal bars breaking down relationship composition.A collection forum thread between two co-authors working out whether a difference between two documents was deliberate, the opening post saying they genuinely cannot remember, under Pin and Lock controls.

Hey, I'm Scott. I'm relaunching Fateweaver, six years into building it. The UI is redesigned, and there's much more under it now: a chronicle, analysis, packs. This is one collection, a trading city as a map with its places on a globe. Hello again. #indiettrpg #ttrpgsky
A whole relationship map with every node named and three coloured cluster outlines, the guild halls across the top, the contract at the centre and the archive to the right, and an entity rail beside it reading Entities 26, each row with a link count and tag chips.A three dimensional globe carrying the map of the invented world, continents and rivers drawn on the sphere, with orange place pins on the hemisphere facing the camera and two blue cluster markers reading 2 and 5 where pins sit close together. Labelled pins include Iruzeta, Tellaga, The Verruna, The Nine Bends and The Korrenda, with Vessondo and The Korrenda Account printed over each other. Above it are Filter by tag and Search pins controls, a View and Place toggle, a Labels switch, Reset view and an Upload texture button.A table of 51 entities with tag, folder, field, visibility and map columns, under a line saying editing one here updates it on every map it appears on.A collection statistics page reading 119 relationships across 84 entities, with a per map table breaking those numbers down by map.

The same world on a globe. Useful when distance matters: who can reach whom, and how far news has to travel. #indiettrpg #ttrpgsky #ScreenshotSaturday

Two companies filed contradictory accounts of the same landfall, so both claims are drawn onto the map and left to overlap. The sticky notes are real annotations you can drag, lock and hide. The Nine Bends sits inside BOTH outlines. #indiettrpg #ttrpgsky
A relationship map with written annotations pinned beside the nodes they discuss, one of them a card titled Two accounts, one landfall, each several sentences long, among named nodes and typed edges, with a leader arrow pointing up at the node one of them is about. An interior relationship map, every node named, with a red and an orange claim outline crossing over two of those nodes, four written annotations pinned around them, two of the four carrying titles, and a sidebar reading Entities 13.A map zoomed onto the lens where a red and an orange claim outline cross, with Iruzeta and The Nine Bends named inside both of them, an owner note pointing at Amuri of Vessondo at the top, and annotation cards cut at the edges of the frame. An annotation being edited in place on the map canvas, cyan selection handles at its corners, beside an annotations manager listing six cards with an opacity slider on each and eye, lock, move and delete controls, under a line saying to select a card to find it on the graph.

Every dot on a map has a whole page behind it. Notes, tags, visibility, position, what it's linked to. The page is a dashboard you can rearrange, so if you never look at map context you can drag the panel out. Tags get a page too. #writingcommunity #writersky
An entity page in layout edit mode, its Notes and Map context panels each carrying a drag handle in one corner and a close cross in the other, under Add panel, Reset to default, Cancel and Done buttons. An entity page for a person: four tags, a visibility state, a badge saying she is on three relationship maps, a written biography with a pulled quote and a numbered three book arc, and a map context panel beside it with a depth slider and a three node graph.A full entity page reached from a map: a chip naming the map, a visibility state, four tags, a canvas position as a coordinate pair, a note carrying mention pills, a pulled quote and a numbered three book arc, and a map context panel beside it with map tabs, a depth slider set to one hop and a three node graph.A tag detail page for Record: the path Subject slash Record, a one line description, cards reading Scope Collection, Hierarchy Level 1, a colour swatch and a default border colour, a parent tag of Subject, a created date, and an Entities Using This Tag section counting 10 whose first three rows are The Fourth Kadeni Contract on three different maps.

Tags and folders do different jobs, so they're separate. Tags say what a thing IS, they nest as deep as you need, and you filter on them. Folders say where you put it. One folder in here fills itself from a tag rule, so it's never out of date. #writingcommunity #amwriting
The entity table with a tag filter applied, cutting the list down to seven documents, and the tag picker hanging open over the rows showing nested tag paths such as Subject slash Record and Story arc slash Book One.The global tag manager reading 41 tags, listing root tags from both collections, each row saying which collection it belongs to, how many times it is used, and how many children it has.A tag manager with the Role family expanded three levels deep: Role, then City inside it, then Archivist, Factor, Guild officer and Underwriter inside that, each row a coloured tag pill with a use count, the collection it belongs to, its child and attribute counts, a sentence defining it, and an Add Child control.A collection overview listing four relationship map cards, each with a description, an entity count and a chip naming the folder it is filed in, beside a folder tree of three books with two more folders nested inside book two.

The same place turns up three ways. A pin on the globe where it actually is, a node on the map where two companies argue about who reached it, and a record carrying typed fields: charter status, founded, population. Edit it in one place and it changes in all of them. #indiettrpg #ttrpgsky
A three dimensional globe carrying the map of the invented world, continents and rivers drawn on the sphere, with orange place pins on the hemisphere facing the camera and two blue cluster markers reading 2 and 5 where pins sit close together. Every line on a Fateweaver map carries a type, and can carry a note saying why the link is there. Employs, Underwrites, Signatory to, Witnessed. Because the lines are typed, the collection can work out who is load bearing across every map at once. #indiettrpg #ttrpgcommunity
A relationships list for one map, 34 links across 22 types, each row carrying the sentence explaining why that link exists.A page for a single relationship: a source entity, an EMPLOYS type badge carrying its own definition about paying a wage and directing work, and a target entity, then unset begins and ends fields, a rich text note giving the reason for the link with a counter reading 98 of 15000 characters, and the start of a Visibility section.A collection statistics page reading 119 relationships across 84 entities, with a per map table breaking those numbers down by map.A dense relationship map, its entity rail reading Entities 27, with almost every node labelled on the canvas and coloured links crossing between them.

An entity on a map is a placement. The person behind it is one record. Elorra Vaneli stands on three maps here and there's still one set of notes and one history. The panel on her page reads one map's neighbourhood at a time, and switches between them. #writingcommunity #amwriting
A canonical entity page with a badge reading ON 3 RELATIONSHIP MAPS, four tags, one set of notes headed why she is in three places at once, and a map context panel beside it with an All maps tab and a tab per map, the first map selected, a depth slider on one hop and a four node graph. An entity page whose map context panel is pushed to two hops, its depth slider on 2 and about ten named entities in the little graph, the names at its left and right edges running up against the panel edge, with the note beside it.The same person on her placement page for one map, the map context panel switched to another of the maps she stands on, its tab strip scrolled along, and the graph down to two nodes.A table of 51 entities with tag, folder, field, visibility and map columns, under a line saying editing one here updates it on every map it appears on.

You invite somebody into a collection and it sits pending until they take it. Roles are yours to define, so one map here carries a Continuity editor next to the three built in ones. You pick which tabs a collection shows, and that goes for you too. #indiettrpg #ttrpgsky
A Manage Collaborators dialog over a map, on its Roles tab beside Collaborators, Invitations and Links, with a New Role button and four rows: Editor, No Access and Viewer each badged SYSTEM, then a custom Continuity editor carrying Edit and Delete controls. The Invitations tab of collection settings, with a default role of Viewer and new links set to never expire above it, and a single invited address marked VIEWER and PENDING with Resend and Revoke controls beside it.Collection settings on its General tab: name and description fields, a Make Collection Public toggle switched on, and a Visible tabs list with six tabs ticked, under helper text saying hidden tabs disappear for everyone including you and change navigation rather than data access.A collection forum thread between two co-authors working out whether a difference between two documents was deliberate, the opening post saying they genuinely cannot remember, under Pin and Lock controls.

The sidebar on a Fateweaver map is where the work happens. Pick a node and the list becomes that entity: its notes in a proper editor, and every relationship it has with its type on it, editable a row at a time. The full page is there if you want it. #indiettrpg #ttrpgsky
A map zoomed in with one node selected and its notes open in the sidebar: 6 links, 3 tags, a rich text toolbar, and prose carrying coloured mention pills for two events, then a section heading called Clause six with an entity pill under it.The sidebar relationships list for one entity, headed Relationships 6 with an Add Relationship button, a search box and a type filter, then Incoming 6 with the first two cards in frame, each naming its type and the entity at the other end and carrying edit and delete controls. The sidebar entity list grouped by tag, reading Entities 26 and broken into named sections with counts, each row carrying its link count and tag chips, beside the whole map with every node named and its three folder hulls.A full entity page reached from a map: a chip naming the map, a visibility state, four tags, a canvas position as a coordinate pair, a note carrying mention pills, a pulled quote and a numbered three book arc, and a map context panel beside it with map tabs, a depth slider set to one hop and a three node graph.

Taxonomy that worked in one world shouldn't be rebuilt for the next. A pack is a collection's tags, relationship types and event vocabulary under one name. A second collection runs on the first one's edge types, and can be rolled back. #writingcommunity #worldbuilding
A pack detail page for a tag set, its membership numbered from zero and listing 16 tags as full paths, every row marked as including children and reading usage 0, with a total usage of 0 above them and Export JSON and Apply to Collection controls in the header.A collection Library listing 38 tags and 15 relationship types under World, with event tags and event roles under Events, the tag tree indented in place.A pack collection bundling three packs, a tag set and a relationship type set marked DEFAULT-ON and a set of chronicle event tags marked OPTIONAL, with an applications card underneath reading no applications yet.A relationship type pack listing twenty-two edge types numbered from zero, every one reading usage 0 with a total usage of 0 above them, and an Applications card underneath naming another collection, reading status applied with a date, and offering Rollback.

The game master's side of a science fiction campaign. Sessions sit in a ring so a thread from night one can still move on night six. Each player character hides something from the others, and one of the ship's old crew came back. Players never see the session map. #indiettrpg #ttrpgsky
A relationship map with six game sessions laid out in a ring, the three player characters and four open story threads inside it, a note at the top left saying a thread raised in session one can still move in session six, and a teal note below with an arrow pointing to one of the threads.A relationship map of three player characters and the board that sent them, with typed edges between them and three orange nodes below, one per character, each naming something that character is keeping from the others and linked by an edge typed Left behind.A relationship map of a ship's original crew, every node grey except one pink node for Halina Petrick at the foot, with a note beside her saying everyone else on the map is a name on a watch bill eighteen months old and she is the one still answering questions.A collection page for a science fiction campaign called What the Purser Remembers, its description about a salvage crew boarding a ship whose mind is running in more than one copy, and five relationship map cards, each with a sentence saying what it is for, one of them a campaign map the table never opens.

A search for the word Vessondo reading 41 results found, across entities and tags, each row badged CANONICALENTITY or TAG and with the matching word highlighted in yellow, the fifth row cut by the bottom of the frame. The entity table with a tag filter applied, cutting the list down to seven documents, and the tag picker hanging open over the rows showing nested tag paths such as Subject slash Record and Story arc slash Book One.A search for the word Chartered filtered by a Has field control set to Charter status with any value, reading 3 results found, each row badged CANONICALENTITY with a place tag and a book tag, and the filter panel open beside them.

Wind the world back and everything re-reads. At Thaw 1, 201 CR a note about a voyage that hasn't sailed yet goes dim. Scrub to 28 Anchorage, Year 200 and 30 of 31 events have come to pass, 26 entities in play. The months and weekdays are invented. #writingcommunity #worldbuilding
A relationship map held at an in world date, a banner across the top reading as of Thaw 1, 201 CR in world view, one annotation about a later voyage greyed out on the canvas, and a scrubber along the bottom carrying that date, an era badge, playback arrows, Return to now, a Show all toggle and a Now marker at its right end.A time tracker reading 30 of 31 events come to pass and 26 entities in play, with an era badge and a small map redrawn to match.A calendar definition form: tiles reading 5 months, 156 days a year, 3 festival days and 2 moons, a calendar named The Charter Reckoning abbreviated CR, five named weekdays as chips, and a list of months each given its own length.Year 186 of the invented calendar laid out as a card per month, five months of 30 or 31 days and a three day festival block, with one event sitting on the first of Thaw and badged as ending there.

A relationship map of three accounts of the same eleven minutes, each drawn as a pink outline around the statements one instance of a ship's mind gave, the outlines overlapping around two compartments caught between them, with written notes above and beside saying the accounts do not agree and that one instance disagrees with the thing every other source accepts.A relationship map of a ship, its mind on the left joined to three instances of it by edges typed Is an instance of, Remembers being and Was copied from, the instances joined to each other by Diverged from and Concealed from, the ship's compartments in a row along the foot, and two notes, one saying none of the three instances is lying.A forum thread titled Which one do you actually believe, with four long posts from two players arguing whether to trust the instance that flags its own gaps or the one that has never hedged, and agreeing to take it to the table. An entity page for Purser, a ship's mind, its note explaining that three live copies stopped reconciling for eleven minutes and that what is aboard now is three things with every right to the name, beside a Map context showing Purser with its three instances around it, a relationships list and a custom attributes table with its existence span.

Your collection prints. These are pages out of a PDF this collection actually produced, the same stretch exported twice: once as the owner, once Player safe. Two events are gone from the second, because hidden means hidden in the file you hand over. #indiettrpg #ttrpgsky
Two facing pages of an exported PDF, numbered 48 and 49, holding chronicle entries under invented calendar dates running from year 197 into 199, each heading a date then a colon then the event, with a paragraph of prose and then its participants with their roles, its locations, what it leads to, what caused it and its tags. The same stretch of an exported PDF run Player safe, again numbered 48 and 49, with two events gone from the second page and the later entries moved up to fill the gap.An export dialog headed Export as Narrative Document: format PDF, DOCX or Both, visibility Owner or Player safe, a Source Book theme, a serif font, embedded images, a scope of whole collection or selected maps, seven include checkboxes with six ticked and Annotations left off, and a chronicle section switched off with three further options under it.The same export dialog with visibility switched from Owner to Player safe and every other setting left where it was.

Built as swimlanes, one lane for each party, so you can see what the archive and the underwriters were each doing in the same season. Everything else came free: the same events as a reading list, as spans, as a spiral of two centuries. Entered once. #indiettrpg #ttrpgsky
A swimlane timeline across a few years of the invented calendar, dated event cards stacked in horizontal lanes, one of the lanes named at its left edge. The chronicle as a reading list under a row of eight tag filter chips, entries banded by era with the era name and its year range on the band, each entry carrying a date, a paragraph, its participants with their roles, and its causal links as chips underneath.A span chart with a named row and one bar per person, six in full and a seventh cut by the frame, event rings marked along each bar, a dashed story now line down the right, and a control reading rows and spans, 66 hidden. Two centuries of chronicle wound into a spiral, eras drawn as coloured arcs turn by turn, events as dots along the coil, and a NOW marker at the outer end.

The thing most easily lost is a consequence you thought of while writing something else down. So the event form takes it unwritten: name what caused this, name what it causes, and Fateweaver walks you back through the new ones to fill in. #indiettrpg #ttrpgsky
A New event dialog with both causality fields filled: Caused by holding an event that already exists, Leads to holding one suffixed new because it has only been named, above tag, colour and player visibility controls and a Create event button.A guided pass headed Flesh out 2 of 3, saying these events were created from the causality just recorded and anything skipped stays on the timeline as a name: a filled title, a start of year 198 Thaw 1 with the optional end left blank, a position in history slider, and a written summary.Three event cards side by side, each with a date in the invented calendar, a paragraph of summary, type chips, chips naming what caused it and what it led to, its era, its participants with their roles and its location, and two of the three carrying a crossed out eye beside the title.A causality graph running left to right, headed 31 events and 36 causal links, every node named except two on the bottom row, and the names set clear of one another beside and below their nodes.

The writing sits on the thing it's about. A person's page holds the essay. The line between two of them holds the sentence saying why that link is there, with room for 15,000 characters. A note about a landfall both companies claim sits on that bit of map. #indiettrpg #ttrpgsky
An entity page for a person: four tags, a visibility state, a badge saying she is on three relationship maps, a written biography with a pulled quote and a numbered three book arc, and a map context panel beside it with a depth slider and a three node graph.A page for a single relationship: a source entity, an EMPLOYS type badge carrying its own definition about paying a wage and directing work, and a target entity, then unset begins and ends fields, a rich text note giving the reason for the link with a counter reading 98 of 15000 characters, and the start of a Visibility section.A relationship map with written annotations pinned beside the nodes they discuss, one of them a card titled Two accounts, one landfall, each several sentences long, among named nodes and typed edges, with a leader arrow pointing up at the node one of them is about.

Hey, I'm Scott. I'm relaunching Fateweaver, six years into building it. The UI is redesigned, and there's much more under it now: a chronicle, analysis, packs. This is one collection, a trading city as a map with its places on a globe. Hello again. #indiettrpg #ttrpgsky #TTRPGRising
