The massive blobby mage held his ground at the village gates. The ground littered with the smouldering remains of a small army of skeletons. Low on mana the mage grunted the necromancer appeared. Taunting the worn out mage ad they summoned another army of skeletons and undead. "Give up mage!"

"Ah just what I needed!" He said as he rubbed his squirming belly. With the necromancer trapped in his gut, the army of undead crumbled to dust. The mage huffed and waddled back into town, hauling his huge belly along with a levitation spell. Time to go collect that quest reward! And digest his meal

But the lardy dragon mage just smiled. "Finally you show yourself, I was saving this spell just for you!" He said as he smacked his huge gut. His belly glowed with arcane power and the necromancer suddenly vanished, being teleported directly into the very hungry mage's stomach! He let out a big burp

I was really thinking about playing WoW Forever, but today I saw the mage class deep dive and they essentially nerfed mages hard because of "gold sellers/farmers and bots" abuse a few mechanics of mages. So instead of going after the bots, they gut mages and make everyone else suffer for it

You start to find hauling around a belly that nearly touches the ground to be pretty detrimental to your dungeon delving career. But why lose the weight when you can just go and get some enchantments to your gear to help with your mobility? Like a levitate belly enchant on your belt?

Ignore it too long and well they might just find a new belly maw forming across their stomach and its got a mind of its own! Nothing is safe from its ravenous hunger, soon they'll find themselves often at odds with their own belly, having to fight with the ravenous dragon that now occupies their gut

If one manages to vore Krasus (which is rare but not impossible) they might find some new cravings they never had before. Find they are much hungrier then usual. They start eating and find it harder to get full. Before long it feels like someone else is in control of their stomach....

I really like the idea of a sentient belly. Your belly acting on its own and having its own personality. Its own favorite foods and such. Making you hungry even when you arent. Having an argument with your belly "No we're not gonna eat that guy" Maybe it even develops a belly maw heh
