Where in settings? Why can't I click this and see the device it's talking about? Why doesn't it show me the name of the watch? What action am I actually supposed to take here?

I just had to log into my long dormant #Instagram account and this was the top post in my feed. What the actual fuck is that app now? It’s just endless grubby spam with occasional pics from someone I know. How and why are people still using it? Kill it with fire. You’re worth more than that shit.
