Accessibility and performance fixes abound! Hope you enjoy the new update!

ACCESSIBILITY AND PERFORMANCE FIXES
- MINING ACCESSIBILITY: Mining now works better with screen readers such as VoiceOver. Players can hear where each mining square is, what was found, and how many attempts and items remain. Explosives and Bombs are also easier to use with a screen reader.
- FASTER FARMING: 'Plant All' and 'Harvest All' should complete much faster
- FASTER GAME LOADING: The game now downloads fewer files when first opening, which should help it load faster
- GENERAL SPEED IMPROVEMENTS: Fishing with Nets, Exploring, Mailboxes, Storehouse, Pet All Chickens/Cows, and the Tower should all feel faster
- BETTER SERVER PERFORMANCE: We made several behind-the-scenes improvements to help the game run more smoothly, especially when many players are online

There is always more work to be done, but we hope you can tell a difference!

- We are all about Mining this month following the launch of the Mining Skill yesterday (8/31)!

- Each Minecart is packed with useful resources to help you as you explore the mines
- Also included in each Minecart are Apple Pie, Apple Turnovers, Apple Cider, Raffle Tickets, the Bar of Silver for the seasonal pet and more!

SEPTEMBER CONTENT
- A new Raptor variation, mailbox and Buddy Doll are available, all Mining-themed!
- September is all about apples, so keep an eye out for apple-related items appearing around the game
- Reminder: The cockatrice population in T'rah were repulsed by apples. Your ether source will not work on these special drops!
- There are seasonal Temples to work on and a new belt to earn
- The Soap Shop has been updated with new stock

RAFFLE TICKETS ALL MONTH LONG
- Besides the September Starter Pack, you'll also be able to earn Raffle Tickets by completing Daily Chores
- Each Raffle Ticket you earn automatically enters you into a drawing we will run in early October
- The prize list for this month's Raffle Tickets will be posted in a future update

OTHER CHANGES
- There is a new skill perk: Well-Earned Break
- This perk adds 1 Day Off Voucher to the final Monthly Chore Reward each month

BIG MINING UPDATE
- IN BETA: We are excited to release some large updates to the Mining system in preparation for Mining to leave Beta and go live to all players sometime in September
- IN BETA: The Mining UI has been changed to a horizontal button row similar to Fishing
- IN BETA: We think this change will work better on smaller screens while making the UI cleaner and more consistent
- IN BETA: Mining Location Details has Previous/Next buttons at the top now
- IN BETA: Other Mining bug fixes have been made

MINING CHARMS
- IN BETA: It is possible to acquire 'Charms' for each Mining location that affect the number of item drops and XP earned as you mine
- IN BETA: Mining Charms will be rewarded from new Mining Quests, Mining Rewards and may show up in other parts of the game after Mining leaves Beta

MINING AUTO-EXCAVATION
- IN BETA: New Auto-Excavation (AEX) option per mining location unlocks once you reach Floor 100 in that location
- IN BETA: Auto-Excavation automatically mines this zone every 10 minutes while you have pickaxes
- IN BETA: Base output is your current Floor divided by 10, up to 100 items. Charms for this zone add to the total
- IN BETA: Auto-Excavation only produces items and does not increase your Floor
- IN BETA: Lanterns of various types can also be loaded into Auto-Excavation for each mining zone. Loaded Lanterns are zone-specific and cannot be removed once loaded
- IN BETA: For every 10 loaded Lanterns, you gain a +1% chance to save a pickaxe during Auto-Excavation and burn the Lantern instead
- IN BETA: There is an Auto-Excavation Output Log showing recent runs, items found, pickaxes used, pickaxes saved, and lanterns used. Auto-Excavation Output Log entries are kept for 14 days

- Borgen keeps finding items here and there that might be useful to you
- You can play his new matching memory mini-game daily to earn some great rewards!
- Take a look at the Farm Supply for some great perks to assist

CECIL HAS OPENED UP SHOP
- Take a look at Cecil's Curios in Town
- Cecil's stock changes periodically with rare and hard-to-find items
- Past Starter Pack items and previous year Starter Pack Quests may occasionally return for collectors
- The Curios Shop won't always be around, so be sure to check in Town often
- Item availability and prices may change between Curios Shop appearances

WISHING WELL AND CRAFTWORKS FAVORITES
- Both the Wishing Well and Craftworks drop-downs now allow you to 'favorite' items with the little heart button next to the picker
- The item will then show in a Favorites list at the top of the drop-down picker to make selecting a little faster

OTHER CHANGES
- WISHING WELL: The Wishing Well has a new log to show your 'Recent Well Tosses' and results
- FISH BITING: When fish are 'biting' there is now a new countdown timer to help you know when it will end
- CHARTERS/EXPEDITIONS: A new 'Collect All' button has been added to running charters or expeditions, allowing you to collect as many items as possible while it is running, without going over your inventory cap

ROOMBA'S NEST NOW AVAILABLE
- Roomba's Nest is now available to add to your farm once you complete the questline "Chickens Come Home To Roost" questline, which unlocks when your Friendship with Roomba reaches level 40. The questline also requires Farming level 90
- Roomba's Nest allows you to automate certain tasks on your farm.
- You can assign Roomba to do tasks like petting your chickens and cows, feeding the pigs, incubating raptors, and more!
- Each task requires a certain amount of Energy to operate, which comes from certain items found around Farm RPG that you give to Roomba
- BETA PLAYERS: You'll need to complete the questline and place Roomba's Nest on your farm again. Your Nest upgrades and settings will be preserved
- See the library page Roombas Nest for even more details

OTHER UPDATES
- There are new rewards available for completing up to 2000 Help Requests and 2000 Personal Help Requests now

IN BETA: CRAFTWORKS SET SHARING UPDATES
- IN BETA: We have made some improvements to Craftworks set sharing
- IN BETA: At the top-right in your Craftworks, hit the search icon to get to the Set Search and Top Imported Sets list
- IN BETA: You can search for a CW set code or terms now to more easily find sets that might be useful
- IN BETA: Top imported sets now includes the numbers of items in the sets
- IN BETA: Other bugs and UI fixes have been made

HOLD TO USE CIDER, LEMONADE/ARNOLD PALMER
- You can now just hold down on the option to use Apple Cider, Lemonade/Arnold Palmers
- We are closely monitoring server load with this change and hopefully it won't cause any issues

NEW QUEST DIARY VIEW
- Go to Help Needed > Requests Completed > Quest Diary
- This new view allows you to read through completed Help Quests in a more linear fashion, allowing you to easily re-read quest storylines without needing to drill into a quest one by one
- This view includes a search and some tabs to help you more easily find quests completed as well

TWO NEW CRAFTS

YES I'M SURE NOW FREE
- The Yes I'm Sure perk now costs 0 gold (free) and is in the Farm Supply
- You can now turn the perk ON or OFF in Settings
- Many people over the years have bought this perk, so we are giving out a free Supply Voucher via the quest-line 'But are you sure?' through June 3rd (Farming 50 required)

LOTS OF NEW QUALITY OF LIFE
- The Quick Meals panel has a new 'Triple Cookie' button at the top-right now
- The 'Hold Home' menu has been improved (and now works on desktop) and has some new shortcuts
- Active Meals running on home have been combined into a single list that you can hide/show
- Friendship Levels now has Sort Options at the top
- Locksmith: With the Inventory Monitor perk from Farm Supply -> If you open an item and get more than your inventory can hold, you'll see a count of how many you voided now

UPDATED TRACKING PANEL
- The bottom left tracking panel has been improved to better fit your screen
- It now opens and closes smoothly and displays tracked items in a cleaner fashion

ACCOUNT AGE REWARDS
- As your account gets older, you can claim great items along the way
- Check under My Settings to see how old your account is and claim any available rewards

DAY OFF VOUCHER
- There is a new item, the Day Off Voucher Day Off Voucher
- This new Day Off Voucher allows you to instantly complete your chores for the day with the help of a townsfolk
- It will also work if you 'Get more chores' for Gold to complete the chores
- Check Help Needed to get a few of these to use when needed

OTHER UPDATES
- There is a new merit badge for exploring any single location 250,000,000 times (based on the count in location details)
- Location details now includes the previous and next arrows at the top, similar to when you are in a fishing or exploring location

- You can now use multiple Veggie Juices at once, and your selected quantity will be remembered
- It automatically uses only what’s needed to reduce crop time to 1 minute, so nothing is wasted

MORE TOWER LEVELS
- Tower Levels 311–320 are now available to climb
- A true endgame grind -> if you enjoy the challenge, keep pushing higher!

STEAK MARKET PRICE HISTORY CHARTS
- IN BETA: Beta testers can now view price history charts for steaks, kabobs, and truffles
- IN BETA: Charts appear at the top of the price history and show how prices change over time

NEW BUCKET MAILBOX

GET HYPE!!!! THE SWAMP IS HERE!

SINKING SWAMPS AVAILABLE
- It is now possible to enter the new Sinking Swamps fishing and exploring zones
- These are designed around the player that has been playing a while, so set your expectations correctly
- You will have to acquire the correct items and craft the Swamp Puzzle to enter. Be sure to check chat and the Library for details if you are having trouble!

NEW TOWER LEVELS 301-310
- We have a new batch of tower levels beyond 300 you can start working on!
- These are very challenging levels to climb, so pace yourself :)
- There are more coming in small batches over the next few weeks and months
- We hope you enjoy the rewards for climbing so high!

- Goostav has arrived!
- This peculiar fellow is quite the expert on slimy things, including the new Sinking Swamps fishing and exploring locations
- Feel free to start building your friendship with Goostav now while we continue to prep for the new locations
- Goostav has friendship rewards up to level 50
- NOTE: The Goostav Bobblehead at level 99 is NOT out yet, but will be very soon

TONS OF NEW ITEMS AND CRAFTS
- Over 80 new things have been added, however, most of these aren't acquirable until you can reach the swamps
- There are a few very high level crafts that can be worked on now, including mastery!

January 28th update!!! What are you most excited about?

VEGGIE JUICE
- New item -> Veggie Juice Veggie Juice -> When used, all currently growing crops will have their time left reduced by 10%. Use at My Farm.
- This item is crafted (Crafting 87) from a variety of crops and resources and has mastery
- Each fishing and exploring zone you have unlocked has new arrows at the top left and right
- You can quickly switch between your unlocked fishing or exploring zones with these
- New small Achievements for ‘feeding a pig’ and ‘incubating/petting a raptor’
- The Gold cost to get more Personal Help Requests (PHRs) has been changed to a flat cost of 5 gold for 3 more
- My Messages -> Sent Messages moved to its own section. When viewing a message and going back, scroll position and read/unread will update correctly now
- My Kitchen -> If you have ‘Fish and Chips’ active you will see the count remaining under your ovens
- Craftworks -> ‘Add to Top/Bottom’ options are easier to tap/click now
- Featured Animals -> the option to feature an animal has been moved below other options like Pet, Feed, Slaughter
- Chicken/Cow/Pig/Raptor Variations -> The ‘Set All To’ function has a new ‘Sequential’ option to set each to your unlocked variations in order
- Find a Player -> ‘Exact Match’ is easier to tap/click now
- The Game Development Roadmap has been updated
- Backup no longer requires the game to be inaccessible at 11:30pm to 11:38pm so you get 8 minutes back!
- ‘Server Reset’ window has been increased to 10 minutes to allow the majority of the processes to finish
- We have worked very hard recently to speed up the game, backup and reset times and we hope you can tell!

- to celebrate Groundhog Day (Feb 2nd), if you buy the February Starter Pack on Feb 1st, you can buy it again on February 2nd!
- To get this offer, you MUST buy it on the 1st in order to buy it again on the 2nd!

HAPPY MONDAY! Here’s the update!!

IN BETA: ROOMBA'S NEST
- IN BETA: Roomba's Nest allows you to automate certain tasks on your farm. You can assign Roomba to tasks like petting your chickens and cows, feeding the pigs, or incubating raptors
- IN BETA: Roomba requires energy to keep his battery charged, so you will give him certain items to add energy
- IN BETA: During Beta, Roomba's Nest is visible if you are Farming 90+, but we are working on the actual unlock scheme. So, when this goes live, Roomba's Nest will disappear from Beta Testers and you will have to unlock it again (probably through a Roomba specific quest, but it's TBD)

IN ALPHA: SINKING SWAMPS
- IN ALPHA: Players that can access the Alpha server can check out the new Sinking Swamps zones
- IN ALPHA: This is currently only on the Alpha server, but will come to the live game soon once we finish up all of the new crafts. There are over 80 new items coming with this update!

OTHER CHANGES AND NEW QUALITY OF LIFE (QoL)
- On item details, the craft or cooking recipe now shows amount in your inventory and matches the display of your Workshop
- The RaptorDex now shows the month availability for the Raptor Type even if you haven't hatched it yet
- At the schoolhouse, your quiz history now shows some quiz stats, including the number of people that have attempted the quiz and the overall average score
- At the Steak market, the item icons now link to the item (steak, steak kabob, etc)
- Fixed a bug in the temple UI where incomplete special temples displayed incorrectly
- When upgrading some buildings, like Hay Field, it will now return an appropriate message if the upgrade is more than 9999
- If you have the Yes I'm Sure perk, the amount of GJ you have in your inventory is now shown on the button to use Grape Juice along with the number of GJ uses you have left for the day
- The Tower Prep Pack 01 Tower Prep Pack 01 is now available at the Flea Market

December 15th update! It’s a big one!

12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS
- Starting December 14th (yesterday), look for a special Help Request each day with a nice gift!
- This year, we added a new batch of these so that old and new players alike have something to look forward to each day

IN ALPHA: AUTO-FISHING WITH MEALWORMS
- IN ALPHA: This is available on the LIVE game to Alpha players
- IN ALPHA: Switch to mealworms bait and you can 'Auto-Fish' in each fishing location
- IN ALPHA: The use of Auto-fishing will consume mealworms faster than using them manually
- IN ALPHA: Auto-fishing will stop once you run out of Mealworms
- IN ALPHA: IMPORTANT >>> We are doing this to test load in the live environment and we are not sure if this feature will remain or if it will move up to Beta or the live game in the future <<<

IN BETA: BULLETIN BOARD PERK CHANGES
- IN BETA: The 'Bulletin Board' perk at the Farm Supply now allows you to sort regular Help Requests a number of ways, including by Percent complete, NPC, Title and Default
- IN BETA: The perk will also show you a list of levels needed to unlock more Help Requests
- IN BETA: The perk purposely excludes Friendship 99 Help Requests for Bobbleheads to reduce the amount of information shown

NEW ACHIEVEMENT AND MERIT BADGE
- At your Daily Chores, look for a new achievement for completing 100 days of chores
- Also at your Daily Chores, look for a new Merit Badge for completing 5000 total chores
- Neither of these require them to be done consecutively
- Neither of these require that daily chores stats be unlocked for Gold

OTHER UPDATES AND NEW CONTENT
- There are 2 new chicken variations you can unlock at your Chicken Coop (look for the nuggets)
- There is a new option in Settings called 'Show Missing Only?' that will change Help Request tracking to only show items you are missing to be able to turn in the Help Request
- There are new Skill rewards available at Cooking level 90
- 'Fish and Chips' is now a possible reward in the House of Cards

NEW SPECIAL TEMPLE
- Over at the Temple, look for a new special temple chain asking for Ugly Buddy Sweaters Ugly Buddy Sweater
- The reward here will allow you to unlock a special cat variation called the 'Yule Cat' over at the Pet Shop

FESTIVE FARM ANIMALS
- There are new Chicken, Cow and Pig variations you can unlock!
- Each of these require some of the new items you can get during December

OTHER CHANGES AND BUG FIXES
- There is a new seasonal bobblehead Santa Bobblehead, that will be earned from a challenging questline coming soon!
- If you have Inventory Monitory Perk, monthly chore rewards will now show in red if collecting them would go over your max inventory
- When you buy the 'Quick Meals' perk, it will now refresh the game UI and ensure the setting is ON to reduce confusion for players using this perk for the first time.
- The list of Storehouse upgrades now shows existing amounts to help you see the upgrade take place
- Large Chest art has been updated to include a number (and we plan to do this with some of the other loot items in a future update) -> Large Chest 01 Large Chest 02 Large Chest 03

SOME IMPORTANT DATES TO KEEP WATCH FOR
- December 14th: '12 Days of Christmas' Special Help Requests start with a nice gift daily and this year we have a new set of gifts for players that have been around a while!
- December 16th: An enjoyable Holiday Treat is coming (a special meal!) (if you played last year you already have the recipe)
- December 20th through December 31st: Frozen Fishing / ICE Machine returns along with nice event bonuses AND we will be bringing back the 'Bottle Rocket Brawl' as the 'Snowball Fight' along with the 'Event Shop'! (Full details will be posted by the 18th)
- December 23rd: 'Lost Reindeer' quests available to new players
- December 25th: Christmas Day! Around this time, the team plans to take a break to be with family and friends
- December 31st: New Year's Eve and Fireworks!
