Another year gone. Happy Birthday to me, myself and I . 🎊🎊

Mystic_Moon @farmgurl58.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

Well, I just buried Miss Rai Rai. She passed around 5pm today. I finished the excavation this evening and she's now resting next to Highwayman, Souska and Toka. The white dog pictured with her was Loki, he passed in 2023 at the age of 12. He's buried next to her and our other dog Kensei, age 8. 🥺🥺🙏🙏

It's another sad day for this Farm Gurl. I went out to feed the dogs and found that Miss Rai Rai is transitioning, she's also 10, I'm not sure if she'll make it until morning. I just buried Toka next to Highwayman and Souska and I've begun excavation for Rai Rai's final resting place. 😔😔

I've lost two of my fur babies in less than a month. Souska and Highway. We had both Huskies for 10 years. They are buried side by side out on the farm.

Yesterday/today was a good day to watch John Wayne movies. I've watched Big Jake, War Wagon, Rio Bravo, The Shootist and The Searchers now, She Wore a Yellow Ribbon. All great Westerns.

I loved the movie Casino. I just watched a story about Joe Pesci's character. Here's a link if you would like to watch the story of Tony and Michael Spilotro. For more Mafia stories, check out The Mafia Vault on FB. www.facebook.com/share/v/19Ku...

It's that time again! Seven of twelve dogs and six cats need feeding, litter changed, kennels cleaned and some exercise. Then the other five dogs and livestock. A Farm Gurls work is never done. Let's go make the donuts or bale the hay 🍩🍩🤣🚜🚜

Mystic_Moon @farmgurl58.bsky.social · 13/08/2026

I'm fixin' to go for approximately a 5 mile walk starting from my dad's house (out in the county) to my house (5 miles on to Route 66. I'm taking plenty of water, etc cuz even though it's Monsoon season here, it's still in the 100's. We're expecting rain today too! 😳⚔️🤣

It's about that time. I gotta feed 12 dogs and a myriad of assorted livestock but first I need to fill the 300+ gallon water tank and take it back out to the "farm". Just need to be done and gone by 19:45 hrs. Something's out there. Gutteral growl's & crazy laughing. Nope! 😳 Life in rural Arizona!

@jumblejim.bsky.social "Former Dionne Quintuplet" sort of baffled me but, as I'm the inquisitive type, or "nosey" in layman terms. I had no 👁️🦌 what that meant so I looked it up. I'm guessing that it must be a reference to your time in Canada. I don't miss much but sometimes it's 🌪️ season in my 🗣️.

@jumblejim.bsky.social Adequate? Most wouldn't describe themselves that way. I've seen your works, I'm listening to your EBook & appreciate your movie posts. Seems you're learning what life means to you through your experiences as we all should hope to someday. You, Sir, are more than adequate. 👏

Last Monday I made the decision to leave Phoenix and go back to my point of origin. My kids chose to stay. I brought my late son, Andrew's ashes back with me. My plan from here? I have no 👁️🦌. I guess I'll fake it till I make it 🤷‍♂️

The wind is starting to pick up to 12mph and the humidity is on the rise to 50%. It's not just hot and windy... it's going to get sticky as well. Ii need to remember that Monsoon Season is here! 🤔😳🥵😮

On Thursday, I added 3 Ghost Shrimp and 2 snails. 2 of the shrimp x'd out (I'm just going to say they died of boredom cuz it ain't exactly "party town" going on in the tank). I can't find the last Ghost Shrimp (sounds like a movie title 🤣) or the other snail 🤔. Either they are hiding or fish food 🤷‍♂️
