Good to know that the performances are solid. Those are some tough critiques though. We plan on watching the movie in a couple of days. Yours and other people’s reviews have me worried about it. I guess we’ll find out.

It seems the fans have very set beliefs about how the franchise should be handled. We still have to watch it. Glad that you enjoyed it though.

That’s not bad. Hearing the positive reviews makes me want to check it out! It sounds like a fun time. Plus, John Cena tends to be in a lot of fun movies.

I hear you! It’s quite shocking to hear that they think this movie is better than a classic like Alien. Based on talking to them, I think they prefer movies with a “meaningful message” over the quality of the film itself. That’s not my perspective though.

Thanks for the shoutout! It is very true that a lot of people are unaware that there is an original version when watching a remake. I remember that occurring constantly when we covered Glenn Powell’s The Running Man. I’m curious to see how Possession does as a remake.

I definitely liked the concept for the movie. It was unique compared to the recent Jurassic World movies. I was engaged the whole time. Now, some of the logic and the mechanics of how it works is questionable. The ending left me scratching my head.

One of Tom’s best for sure. Definitely his most focused/grounded film as Spider-Man. The nostalgia makes me like Tobey more, but Andrew is arguably the best actor of the three.

Yes, we did! Spider-Boy actually had well thought out responses. I expected people to favor Tobey, but I didn’t expect that much love for Andrew! Did you see the movie yourself?

I agree. The people who saw it, enjoyed it for the cinematic experience. Good to know about feeling the long runtime. I guess the venue matters for a movie like this. We plan on seeing it this weekend.

I expected that reaction too. Hopefully, the negative responses online don’t hurt her acting chances.

Thanks so much! We tried our best to sound like the characters. Completely agreed. Toy Story 4 is the weakest of the series in my opinion. Toy Story 5 was a decent follow-up.

Thanks! We tried our best. That’s wazzup!

I’ve watched the show and had the toys growing up too. Based on what I’ve seen, a more serious tone may have fit the movie better. I will say, Blade was a very obscure answer!

It seems to be a hit or miss with people. The general consensus though was that they liked Obsession better.

That’s true. She might never watch another movie with him ever again! The marketing did a good job of not spoiling the movie. I think they almost did too good of a job into tricking casual viewers this time.

It seems like a horror version of Kill Bill, which isn’t a bad thing.

This movie had a surprising amount of people excited about it. The weapon choices were quite specific. Vodka for the win! We actually watched this one too. I agree with you about needing more changes to make it more unique. It was still a fun movie overall.
