This is Freydís. She is a giant forest cat and servant of Freya. I once saw her 1v1 a werewolf in Transylvania to a standstill. She sometimes teaches me new magic while I sleep. #FriendFriday

There are still places, guarded in the deep and forgotten world, where moonlight gathers in ponds and fairie fire dances among emerald dew drops. A place where marks on stones left by those that came before sing loudly into the night air, and the old trees shudder and bend in forgotten dances.

Frodo laid his hand upon the tree: never before had he been so suddenly and keenly aware of the feel and texture of a tree’s skin and of the life within it. He felt delight in wood and the touch of it, neither as forester nor as carpenter; it was the delight of the living tree itself.

Goddesses of Fate and War. Crows and Cats hunt vermin through dense snow and fog. The buzzing. So loud! I made a mistake. (OOC Note: This post should have actually been posted late last night (for the US), but I don't stay up late, so pretend. Also, this should be read like a text not a skeet)

We live in such strange times. i feel like... 10 years ago, if a mysterious alter had burned an image into my forearm before disappearing like a dream.... I'd have probably found it weird.... But hey! Now I have a puppy!
