We can disagree on public policy. "How do we pay for the school renovation?" is a policy issue. "Do trans kids have the same rights as everyone else?" is not. Trans rights are human rights, and human rights can't be up for debate just to appease the unappeasable.

The US administration has been banking on the idea of Russian oil continuing to flow to alleviate the catastrophic failure and reduced supply due to the Iran fuck up. They are about to discover their gross incompetence and Ukrain's resolve simultaneously. We are the real fools in all this, however.

I would say that's pretty close. Everything is over reach to them. Until you start asking about basic things like food/water standards. Medicine oversite. Or even just recourse for bad faith practices by corporations. It all falls apart for them. They want life to be exactly the same without paying.

I hold much of the same sentiment as many. The states on this list should withhold the same amount of Fedaral Taxes dollars that would have been provided in these grants. I see no reason these projects should be left unfunded. Better use of money than anything I've seen lately from the Fed.

I see this same thing. In Michigan, they are already running ads saying things like this is the only Trump approved candidate. Or, only so and so will carry out Trump's agenda. All I can say is, keep it up, don't change a single bit of your messaging.

I've never seen his advice close to practical. I think the reason people have really clung to the fact he is brilliant is his talk show. He screens for the most financially illiterate and tells them the obvious. People listening get a false sense of superiority because they knew better.

I believe you. Previous coworker was in a similar situation. He was smart, capable, and willing to compromise on salary to move somewhere else. It still wasn't enough. Our current job market is a joke. Won't value those with extensive experience yet also won't invest to train up the new generation.
