@cwgabriel.bsky.social Did Penny Arcade predict the future of Xbox with Helix? 😉

Oh-ho, I bet whoever sold that stock in kicking themselves today.

Us, too, Suzuki-san!! We'd love to have #Shenmue I & II on Switch.

Same. Unless you count the third party controller I had which had the top 3 buttons be the "turbo" buttons.

Hooray! Thank you so much! I can't wait! This might be a dumb question, but as an American--what option do I pick for the special edition? *sigh* Typical American... 😜

I hope they pull a Saturn and just stick with the code name.

@shenmuedojo.com I'm not sure I'd this was picked up on, but Yu Suzuki is included in the ending credits of Sonic Racing CrossWorlds in the "Special Thanks" section.

There's more Americans than this in the series (Tom and Honey, of course). But happy 4th, fellow Yankees. #LetsGetShenmue4

To @shenmuedojo.com , Adam Koralik, and Eric Kelso -- thank you so much. This means a lot to me. I've loved Sega since the Genesis days, and their characters were always so cool. However, I never found a character that I could personally relate to until Fuku-san in #Shenmue. (Continued.)

Happy 50th anniversary to one of the best movies ever crafted in #Jaws ! In the NES and GBA versions of Altered Beast, you can transform into a "wereshark" of sorts.

My Altered Beast collection over the years. ...I know there's more merch out there (and one game outside the States), but there's cost and elusiveness to be reckoned with sometimes.

Couldn't let Ristar's birthday go by without playing Planet Freon. 😊

Now that Nintendo has revealed the Switch 2, I wonder if they'll be okay with third parties announcing games for the system. ...Particularly Ubisoft.

I owe you an apology. I made a light-hearted meme, as 1:00 had passed, but you were correct. It was Nintendo who was a few minutes late. 😉

#Switch2 Nintendo Direct will happen one of these days/weeks/months. ...Which I think will be called the #Switch+ but I'm typically wrong.

Thirst Rhino...? Hmm, I see your point. 🥴 (Those names are great--nicely done.)

Virtua Fighter, Jet Set Radio, Crazy Taxi, Shinobi, Golden Axe, and Streets of Rage are all getting new installments in the upcoming years. Altered Beast is a recognizable name and it wouldn't surprise me if we saw a revival announcement in 2025.
