For that matter, I'll do my best to take the hint in the future and not bother people so much. I generally avoid sexual content in games, so I'll make sure its NEVER coming up again. I don't know how else to improve their so cold turkey works best here imho.

However, the thing is, when one does harm to someone... it isn't really *their* feelings that matter. It's those that they affected. I have always felt like I've tried my best to do right by people. So, I'm not really sure if I can make ammends or not. I'm not even sure WHO I harmed.

I certainly DID add sexual content in the last game I ran with Find Out. I was called in about it. I responded poorly because well, I felt blindsided and low key betrayed because I felt like nobody told me anything, but I guess I'm not owed that. Only because well, I don't mean harm in any form. Yes, I have asked people to hang out and I generally can't take a hint. It took a private DM to remind me that "not now" more than once is really... NO and I should have done more to latch on to that and act accordingly, and not doing so harmed folk.

I honestly don't remember a time I've made sexual advances on anyone, but intent and impact are easily misinterpreted and its a personal failing on my part either way. I'm incredibly sorry and horrified to hear that I've done harm to ANYONE in ANYWAY. That however is what's on my tally and it sucks.

So its been brought to my attention that I've made several people hella uncomfortable. Enough that I've been kicked out of Find Out Productions for it. I've been charged with being untoward with former players irl/ingame/etc. I pushed boundaries. Adding sexual content in games.

If you run out of dice, reroll your pool and continue the scene from there. With this change, I'd also change inspiration to let the players reroll one of your dice before making any changes and keep the result of their choice. Thoughts? Would you use this for a different game, #ttrpg?

Assuming you take 10 for every check, a player may take one of your d10 and make it positive or negative. If they make it negative, they roll with disadvantage on their next check, while the inverse being true for positive rolls. If they ignore it, you keep the die and reroll it.

Since I've been thinking about #dnd... a game I haven't seriously played in over a decade. Random Thought: Alternate method for DM to roll. A devil's bargain mechanic if you would. Every scene (or encounter I guess? IDK ya'll parlance anymore) you get xd10 equal to the amount of players on board.

I don't do romance stuff in my gaming. Feels too close to home as well, I've always felt mostly undesirable. Like to the point that I don't develop crushes because that implies there is a glimmer of hope in me that it could ever work out. That doesn't mean that I myself am NOT a romantic.

My experience with that sector of the hobby is generally the latter, and the posters on these reels seem to fall in that same category, ya know? OP has a point though, the phrases are NOT inherently bad. You DO have a responsibility to make sure the players know what your intentions are though.

For me, power fantasy is about feeling GOOD at the end of the day. A regular degular fantasy... maybe its miserable and SHOULD be? However, in my experience games aren't usually pitched that way. They give false expectations and then you get a bunch of videos of players complaining in jest.

So really, its more of a matter of me wanting my players to "assume a yes" until I say otherwise. If I say you guys are badasses, I want you to play a badass exactly how you see yourself as a badass. As GM, its my responsibility to reign it in if necessary, but let me do that. You don't have to.
