Okay I am now 99.99999% sure this engine is finished, can not think of anything else to add or remove, am now doing polish and removing obsolete code and fragments. Then will continue to polish and eventually add the ending. I need more art work and jokes still.

I just made a V2 of my District Token Sheet. I should have don't it this way originally instead of just using pictures of the 3D Print versions which are now being updated to match these as I like these more just hope i can sculpt them.

District Movement. Yeah I have made a load of images to show off the RADIUS concept for movement. I'll explain all in the ALT.

And the character is now in the 4" ring, as they had a R4 stat. And they can ignore the cover as it does not block the move. Radius works on the concept of humans speed up and slow down in movement, and so this is how we represent the movement. If you measured that move like most war games you'd have not moved very far at all.

Starting point, the Character is R4. So can move any where in the 4" circle. The Create does not block the move, it is over half height but the character is free to move round it.

Okay one step closer to the district being completed. Rules are up. Class skills and levels are up. Levels is done and character creation sheets are in place. Just got Universal and STAT skills in place, weapons and armoury to put in and then I can do the planets and lore.
