Finished my tournament results table for events I competed in from 2025. Why am I posting it on Bluesky? Just wanted a central spot to post everything to link it easier. 87 events is alot more than I expected with some good variety in games and decent result sfor not much practice. We take those.

In honor of a new CT Smash Tier list maker dropping instead of doing something productive, I'm procrastinating by recreating my tier-list of "Asking CT Smash to copy their homework." Recreating since there's new people on the list + I know more people now.

Tier list of the likelihood of whether a CT Smash player would let me copy their homework or not. Split into "I'll help you with it!", "Yeah sure", "Bold of you to assume I did the homework", "lol nope", "Wait we had homework?", "Read 5:55 PM" and "THAT'S MY PURSE! I DON'T KNOW YOU!"

Made a tier list of Mario Kart World tracks. Overall I think the tracks in this game are fantastic (when you get 3 lap variants). It really says alot when I hate no tracks but only think a few are meh.

Peak - Boo Cinema, Dry Bones Burnout, Bowser Castle, Rainbow Road
GREAT! - Dandelion Depths, Great ? Block Ruins, Cheep Cheep Falls, Acorn Heights, Airship Fortress, Dino Dino Jungle
Good - Wario Stadium, Mario Circuit, Shy Guy Bazaar, Faraway Oasis, Toad Factory, Moo Moo Meadows, Peach Beach, DK Pass, Whistletop Summit, Wario Shipyard
OK - Starview Peak, Sallty Salty Speedway, Mario Bros. Circuit, Crown Cities, Desert Hill, DK Spaceport
Meh - Choco Mountain, Peach Stadiums, Koopa Beach

The legacy of ROB down tilt will live on in Mario Kart World. I wish he was playable, but close enough I suppose.

Mario Kart World has a ROB bike as one of the vehicles.

So with the reveal of Pokemon Legends Z to A starters, I can say I was correct with 2 out of 3 of them! Let's go! (marked as sensitive media to see if it would help with spoilers for people who don't want to know).

Back in March 2024 on a web forum I made a prediction of the 3 starters for Pokemon Legends Z To A: Chikorita, Tepig, and Froakie.

I got 2/3 right.

Got 2nd/21 at PSP. Grand Finals may have been a bummer because Smash netcode go brr, but I had fun overall. Especially with the set against Hope, it was super closer/super fun. GGs to all and have a good night!

"Let's not target 1st place in Mario Party, how bad can it get?"

MAGFest was an insanely fun time, some highlights include: 2nd/30~ at one of the Smash tourneys. 1st/64 in the MK8DX Tourney. Seeing so many cosplayers. The arcade/console/marketplace was awesome. Great to see so many friends. Awesome spot. Def advise it for anyone that has never been before!

Fortnite has Skill-Based Matchmaking (basically you're paired together with players of similar skill levels) so I'm guessing you got put in a lobby with new players and not the top tier Fortnite players.

Everyone is talking about the Mario Kart 9 teaser and how Donkey Kong looks, but we're missing the real questions here. Like when is this legend returning to the racetrack?:

ROB the robot from Mario Kart DS. My favorite Mario Kart character, that's the bit.

The peak of my LMBM viewing experience was this:

Popular Smash joke is Marss getting 33rd place. GRIT upset Marss and took his 33rd place so the photo is an edit of this.

Decided to enter a Mario Kart 8 Deluxe tournament tonight on a whim, ended up getting 1st/18. It certainly was a tournament. I guess we're starting off 2025 with some gaming!

Result screen of the final round of the tournament. I ended up getting 1st place by 2 points.

-Got into the 2XKO Alpha Lab. -100%'d a few different games on my backlog. On a personal level there's some more stuff I need to get done and on a societal level it's concerning, but here's hoping 2025 is a great year all around.

-Helped spearhead some Oasis eSports tournaments. -Competed in a few different games than just Smash. Including Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Mario Party, and a few games from Tourneypalooza events. Got some good ranks in those games winning a few of them as well. -Finished a campaign of Dokapon Kingdom.

-Went 5-2 at Collision (S+ Tier). -Performed well in various dubs tourneys (with several different partners). -Won the Proton Smash Pit Season 1 Finale. -Finally created/hosted my 300th tournament. -Restarted TOing regular tournaments hosting more events in a span of 6 months than I have before.

I can't believe 2024 is almost over it still feels like Sept-Nov to me. Reflecting back on 2024 I feel it was a good year for FalconXD, some highlights in no order:

Fun Fact: My Joycon was broken meaning I couldn't turn in this minigame. Me losing this minigame because of the broken Joycon lead to me indirectly winning the game as I was not in 1st place after this minigame so I didn't get targetted for a star steal.

This is how mine are usually wrapped.

The joke is my presents look neat in the top / front and the back is a mess. Like the one meme where Homer looks thin in the front because his fat is tied up in the back with clips/rope.

FalconXD @falconxd.bsky.social · 21/12/2024

Unleashed my inner Meester Tweester and got 4th/18 in Eman's Special Themed Knockout Tournament. Not bad for an "underdog". I played well, ended up losing to custom items. Ended up playing 48 races, ggs but man I'm tired lol.

We still need to get a game going one day.

Nintendo 2024 Recap dropped. #3 in this list surprised me, but aside from that the rest tracks. It's funny how often my most played game was Ult even when I tuned it down in the latter half of the year.
