I already take creatine and hit my protein goal of 140g/day every day. I take my fitness very seriously but it is harder for someone my age to manipulate their body fat so it just takes time. Youth drives growth significantly so I’m just a little bit behind the eight ball.

I do 3x15 w 40 lbs of weight at home 3-4x a week and work w moving heavy weight 5 days a week. I promise I’m putting in the work. I just need my abdomen area to get where I like it and my chin/jaw to sharpen and I’ll shut up I promise.
