When it comes to healthcare, Virginians can all agree that the ones most qualified to make those decisions are you, your family, and your doctor—not a politician. Voting YES on 1 will make sure our reproductive healthcare decisions stay where they belong: with patients and providers.

Healthcare professionals in Virginia are coming together to tell the public that they’re voting YES on 1 this November because they know that healthcare decisions belong in the exam room rather than the hands of politicians.
More than 300 Virginia doctors signed a letter endorsing the reproductive freedom amendment.

CI-133 protects Montana’s citizen-led ballot measure process from the types of political attacks that we’ve been tracking nationwide. It would ensure that citizens can propose and vote on laws that affect their lives, without the government taking sides or using taxpayer dollars to sway votes.
