Catastrophic failure with the Honeycomb storage wall project. It *was* mounted with command strips, reinforced where something heavy was mounted. Came down due to heat weakening the adhesive, I think. Wall with window came down first, led strip tore the other one down.

Ugh, gross, but as someone who deals with chronic shoulder/back pain, if you have a 6 inch foam roller, recommend this stretch. Dunno if it'll help a knot, but I've got chronic back and shoulder pain and it's one of the most helpful things I've learned. Hope you feel better!
