For both I think a team is definitely the way to go so your characters can get ASFR'd without bringing the game to a halt. Plenty of chances for a game over too, of course...

I keep wanting to do another ASFR game. Trouble is--I don't know how the _pacing_ of it should work. In particular, how do you keep the tension along with the desire for the player to lose? How do you keep going and have any kind of arc? If you have any brainstorms, let me know

yes, definitely! this can be anything from a subconsciously thrown contest to an intense defeat

the transformation takes a long time, and you _could_ stop it, but you're too lost in another world entirely to worry about what is happening to your body
