this was fun!! Bloodborne is my favorite game of all time but Symphonia was... just me, or at least it used to be, so I figured that ought to get top spot 😌 Harvest Moon 64 helped me realize I was queer, so that's a good one to note 👍 and I will fight anyone, I love Dragon Age 2. and Inquisition ♥

My 9 Games (That Shaped Who I Am): Tales of Symphonia, Bloodborne, Stardew Valley, Shadow of the Colossus, Final Fantasy X, Dragon Age II, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, World of Warcraft, and Harvest Moon 64.

this clearly shows that EVERYONE but 3 tasteless dorks LOVED my “Scottish” Dwarven accent *doggedly ignores that this view count isn’t even accurate since engaged watch time is all that matters and it’s not a very popular video anyway because I’m so small and new and and and and*

screenshot of a YouTube video entitled "like this video if you hate my Dwarven accent". the thumbnail is of a purple haired girl laughing like 🤭 the video has 33 views and 3 likes, so clearly that means everyone else LOVED the accent

I'm going to go insane same camera supposedly the same settings (tho I did turn down the saturation after the first one) VASTLY different in each of these pictures the ONLY thing I did was get a second light but that should make the quality BETTER not WORSE (I feel the third pic is the worst)

I went to this super cool body paint contest last night! the theme was “cosplay”. my girl Venom was the first out and she was AWESOME my bro’s gf also did aerial silk performances while there!!! she’s incredible 🎉💜 1st prize went to the peacock, which was amazing but not on theme 😒 2nd was Nebula!

A performer on aerial silks, looking incredible!! It’s hard to do!!

A model fully body painted and made to look like Marvel’s Venom. She has a long white wig on and prosthetic teeth for that beautiful Venom smile 💜

A body painted model with individual peacock feathers painted all over her skin. She has “wings” tied to her arms of real peacock feathers. She (and her painter) was the first prize winner!

A fully body painted model made to look like Nebula from Guardians of the Galaxy. She is holding a staff topped with Thanos’ infinity gauntlet. She (and her painter, pictured next to her) was the 2nd place winner!

I actually had a very hard time choosing a 4th, which is why I went with Lies of P even if it's technically cheating for ~*~true indies~*~ I'll just leave a list of the ones that resonated with me or that have a fire OST that I listen to more than I actually play the game itself and also Balatro ♥

From top left to bottom right, cover art for: Animal Well, Balatro, Blue Prince, Celeste, Crypt of the NecroDancer, Cult of the Lamb, Dave the Diver, Dredge, Hades, Hollow Knight: Silksong, Inscryption, Papers Please, REPO, Shovel Knight, Slay the Spire, Slime Rancher, Spiritfarer, Strange Antiquities, Subnautica, Undertale, and Vampire Survivors

“when you’re lost in the darkness” by failbender

Summary:
(The Last of Us AU)

After an attack on the convoy escorting him out of Boston, Firefly Scientist Viktor has little recourse but to rely on Jayce Talis, a FEDRA soldier, to get him safely across the United States to St. Mary’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, where he has the chance to save the entire world.

“I am a scientist,” Viktor sighs, slipping the chain underneath his clothing again. He probably shouldn’t share this information, maybe shouldn’t have confirmed his association with the group at all, but a vague indication of his occupation really isn’t telling this stranger much at all. “I was being escorted somewhere when we were so rudely interrupted by tank fire.”

“Escorted where?”

Viktor’s retained glare is all the answer given. Jayce sighs and runs his face with a gloved hand.

“Fine, it doesn’t matter.”

Viktor studies him a moment. Jayce does have the look of a soldier: tall with a jawline that could probably fight for itself. Short clipped hair, careful shave, probably in the event he needs to mask up. A small scar lines his prominent cheekbone, a smaller one on his eyebrow just above it. His shoulders are broad with muscle that is plain to see. Really, he’s a head taller than Viktor and probably twice his width, easily. He may as well have come off of a FEDRA soldier factory belt.

It’s the eyes that seem out of place, give Viktor some pause. He doesn’t dare stare for too long.
