My continuing critique, & it was evident in the hearing this morning, judges have been giving this admin too many chances, adhering to a regularity of order that hasn't existed for over a year. I get they're institutionalists, generally, but come on, this admin has shown it can't be trusted.

It may sound like semantics, but my take is that these men would consider themselves 'Hispanic' and not 'Latino' - the former connects them to European 'whiteness' in a manner that Latino does not. It matters that a large number of ppls of 'Latin America' consider themselves white.
