Upper level academia is understanding why more things are essays and not stories (citation as record of scholarly discussion) and still hating it. Can we just normalize educating with stories and comics and stuff and *use the footnotes* for the discussion bit? Please? It'd be way more fun.

It's pride month, and taking actionable steps (like calling reps) is one of the best things you can do to support the queer folks in your lives! It only takes a few minutes of your time now (maybe less, since these include scripts to use), but if a book ban passes, it affects generations

I have an English BA. I am pursuing an MA. I have a PUBLISHED book. And I STILL look up words that I've concocted based on internal etymological VIBES ALONE to check whether they're real (like words aren't made up anyway). Disseminatory is a real word, and I want spellcheck to stop shaming meeeee

Hey all! We've teamed up with @ipr.bsky.social to distribute FableDoom to the masses! I'm soooo hyped for this because a lot of my favorite local game stores *also* go through IPR to stock up, so it's just a super cool milestone to be included among so many other fantastic indie creators.

I was working on developing FableDoom 2nd ed (I gotta do *something* besides Mars when my health isnt murderizing me to stay sane). One of my favorite ways to make/improve a system is stripping it all the way down to function and what I want out of it, then re-building from the foundational level
