Time for another personal software. WhatsApp allows exporting the full chat with someone. I wanted to gain some insights from a time perspective. I ran @bolt.new, and after a few minutes, I had what I needed to play with. The speed of having an idea, making it, and then moving on is impressive.

I find it somewhat ironic; maybe software can survive AI. What about Stack Overflow?

We're working on a project where massive scheduling is a very important aspect for the client. We're adding AI to assist with such scheduling, trying to automate as much as possible, always keeping the human in the loop, because it is a critical outcome...

Spinning @bolt.new to create a small utility for my demo screencasts to inject titles during recording:

Letting students create balanced groups is not a good idea; thus, I asked @bolt.new to create a one-task tool to do exactly that. It worked like a charm.

An AI-based tool cannot miss such table anymore in the data model 😉

I had the chance to explore the private beta of @bolt.new with @supabase.com integration. It's sick. I opted for a cold approach, without any prior tests. I built a To-Do App in Bolt, which is a piece of cake, naturally. ...

INT is the name given to the upcoming EloquentOps' internal tool. We routinely engage in R&D, and this time is no different. We'll develop our tool using @bolt.new @cursor.com.web.brid.gy @supabase.com etc. ...

MyWritingAssistant micro-tool has received an update! This personal software is giving me a lot of satisfaction. The process of refining a tool while having the freedom to explore and implement my own requirements is truly a gratifying experience.

There is an exciting opportunity in using a combination of #retool and custom front-facing software, now that frontend development can be done faster than ever. Such this small public form to collect some data, using a custom frontend, with smooth and nice transitions and a personal look and feel.

New micro-tool! Google Search Console query-words explorer. Just drop the data from GSC, and you will get an interactive network visualization that helps at uncovering intriguing insights into keyword occurrences, clicks, and all the GSC metrics.

Over the past couple of months, I have "developed" several personal software that I use daily to enhance my productivity. They truly are a competitive advantage They are tools I wouldn't developed without the (huge) help of AI assisted tools ( Cursor and @bolt.new ) 1/5

📣 AI assistants will also be available via API in the future. Let me elaborate a bit on a rather impressive exploration. I tried to build a SaaS scaffolding with @bolt.new and @supabase.com It was my second attempt, and I was close to giving up. 1/5

I had a quirky idea. Remember Space Invaders? What about making a typography twist of the same mechanic? I fired up @bolt.new and started to prompt. Here is the fully playable game: Space Letters! 1/2

Third iteration of "My English Writing Assistant" I really should find a better name. Aside from that, now the column's prompts belong to the user! My default is good for me; for other people, maybe not...

The impact of bolt.new and similar AI editor tools will be immense. There will be an enormous number of people enabled to turn their ideas into real artifacts. And not only that—these ideas will be put into the wild, tested on real users for validation purposes, with a single click... 1/3

A while ago, I did an experiment on generating an organic shape using code. I also wrote a tutorial on how to build it yourself. Later, I created a Retool Custom Component that replicated the same functionality within Retool. Now, I’ve done it again, but this time with Bolt.New...

If ChatGPT with its data analyzer capability was unbelievable at the time of its launch, what you can do with Bolt.New on a given dataset is the next level. Everyone can draft a dashboard in minutes! 😨 No need to wait for the dev/data department to set up a new chart in Tableau/Power BI.

I recently heard about a mobile app that earns good cash (something like 1M/month), which detects ingredients from food pictures and estimates calories. Neat idea, indeed. I decided to replicate it for a quick prototype in Bolt.New and EloquentOps MetaTools. Here's after a few mins:

Had an idea for a time-tracker tool. I need such a tool but am always allergic to overly bloated and unnecessarily detail-hungry features (precise timing, annotations, task relations, etc.) and a paradoxically time-consuming user experience. Here's my take using Bolt.New

This is a prompt snippet for reuse purposes. I already wrote about how prompt sources are becoming the new source code. In building micro tools with bolt.new, I’m saving portions of prompts for reuse in new projects to ensure shared features across tools. We need a way to do prompt repository! 🤷🏻

With the increased velocity to create UI components, there’s no reason not to think big in Retool from user experience and look&feel perspectives. We’re testing deep integrations with generated UI component, to reach exceptional front-end interfaces. More coming...

Further more elaborated attempt in my exploration in the land of GenAI for prototyping purposes. Bolt.new (helped by MetaTools) produced a working app after the first pass. Watch the first pass video, uncut, sped up 2x, 5 min: drive.google.com/file/d/1tbDD... metatools.eloquentops.com

This is about scratching the surface. Building a little translation tool in 2 minutes flat! The video is uncut, end-to-end, just sped up to 3x. This is possible with tools such as BoltDotNew + MetaTools (metatools.eloquentops.com). We’re in uncharted territory, and that’s awesome.

Any modern API based product out there provide code snippets for fast integration. We think there’s a missing snippet type: Prompt Specs. I guess this is going to be pretty much the norm. Thus, in case I’m the first one, this is the evidence for posterity 😀

We’re soft-launching MetaTools. We believe in the concept of composability. Even more software will need to be interconnected. MetaTools is our attempt to fill the gap, fostering fast experimentation and bringing this capability to everyone. metatools.eloquentops.com
